Introduction about U P JEECUP 2022: 

UP JEECUP is the acronym of Uttar pradesh joint entrance examination council. UP polytechnic JEE is conducted for the admission in government , private, government aided polytechnic colleges who are affiliated with Technical Education Council (प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद, उत्तर प्रदेश) of UP . Council conducts a state level polytechnic entrance examination for the admission in various type of under graduate diploma / and posts graduate diploma program. Admission will be done on the basis of merit of Polytechnic Entrance. Reservation will be also applicable in polytechnic admission.

Priority in the admission of Up Polytechnic: resident of UP, will get preference in polytechnic admission. Those candidates who are qualified qualifying examination form UP they will also get benefit of priority in the admission.

Eligibility Criteria:  Education qualification: mentioned above for each program and courses.

Age limit:  as on 1 July 2022 minimum 14 year

Appearing candidates in eligibility criteria can also fill application form for Up polytechnic Admission 2022 but they have to submit  a valid document of eligibility criteria during the counseling. 

Distribution of college, course will be done only on the merit of JEECUP which will be prepared for each program and category. 

Candidates can not change their program or courses after the allotment and no security fee will be refunded.

How to apply for Up Polytechnic Entrance examination

For participating in Joint Entrance Examination 2022, application form will be invited online and offline via OMR sheet. For filling application form each candidates are required to visit the official website of jeecup.org which is www.jeecup.org all candidates who want to take benefit or reservation, they are required to upload their concerned certificate online within 15 day from the date of the written examination. For filling application form each candidates are required to do a registration at the official website of Up Polytechnic www.jeecup.org

Application Form fee: 

application form fee fro SC and ST category is 200, and for general and OBC category application form fee will be rs 300 only. There is no provision of filling application form fee with latest fee. Application form f will be deposited through the bank of Baroda E Challan form. Candidates can deposit application form fee via net banking.

Question paper pattern / Syllabus of UP Polytechnic Entrance examination:  question paper pattern mentioned against each program above.

All questions will be objective type and MCQ based .

For each correct answer 4 marks will be given.

Negative marking / minus marking will be applicable in up Polytechnic Entrance examination. for each incorrect answer 1 marks will be deducted.

Selection Procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be done thorough a state level counseling.
