Up Polytechnic Counseling 2022 Choice Locking JEECUP Seat Allotment List

All those candidates who have been recently declared qualified in the written examination of UP polytechnic entrance examination 2022 are informed that counselling process and seats locking process of Up Polytechnic admission 2022 will be started from 20 June 2022 to 15 August 2022.  Sanyukt pravesh pariksha parishad conducted a stat level polytechnic pravesh pariksha for the admission government and Private Polytechnic colleges of uttar pradesh. All counselling process of up Polytechnic will be held online from the eligible candidates. Applicant of Up Polytechnic Entrance examination can participated in this counselling from any computer. 1^st round counselling process will be completed in within 2 days. In 1^st round, total rank holder of 1 to 8000 will call for participating in counselling. Document verification process has been started from 20 June 2022 for the eligible candidates.

 Approximately more then 1 lakh candidates appeared in various counselling center for the admission in polytechnic colleges.  Results of up Polytechnic were declared on  17 June 2022. Total 473160 candidates were registered for up Polytechnic entrance examination and 453168 candidates were declared qualified in this examination. Over all passing percentage were 95.77. These qualified candidates will be call for appearing in counselling process for 1.5 lakh seats. Selection of the eligible candidates will be done through the Up Polytechnic Merit List.

Up Polytechnic Counselling Process and Procedure as are following

Selection for up Polytechnic, Different program will be based on strictly through merit list and reservation list. All process like publishing merit list, choice locking and seats allotment process will be completed online. Candidates have option of choice locking through cyber cafe, or there home.  Total 73 counselling center are ready for helping you in different district of Uttar pradesh.  Candidates can check counselling center list at the official website of Parishad which are Jeecup.org and Jeecup.nic.in

Candidates are advised to download previous year cutoff marks, Opening and closing Rank OR / CR for analyzing the expected required rank for a particular college. It will be helpful for you during choice locking of Up Polytechnic /

Candidates can pay there application form fee through net banking, Debit card / credit card or Online more.

Counselling Fee will be deposited in bank  for all candidates. 

No counselling fee will be refunded in any manner.  Each candidate is required to submit counselling fee only one time. In case of final seat allotment of first round counselling, you are not selected then there is no need of paying counselling fee for 2^nd round counseling.

Candidates are required upload qualifying certificate and other reservation certificate online. 

Don’t forget to check verifying the final verified document list for help center. 

If counselling center will found any mistakes in you document then they will send SMS on your registered mobile no and candidates are required to visit counselling center for redressal of the error and misstate. 

After verifying the all document, candidates will get a OTP through SMS and this OTP will be used for choice locking.

If you yet not received your OTP or Pin for logging Online after document verification then you can get your new ping through selecting the option of Respond OTP / pin.

Candidates are advised to retain this confidential Pin safely till the completing the counseling.

After that candidates are required to login in there account and choice locking. 

If your seat allotment is confirmed then you are required to pay security money which is rs 3000 for confirming your final seat allotment. 

There are no need of paying security fee for Private colleges and Program of up Polytechnic.  Such candidates are requiring taking a print out of final allotment letter and submitting this letter to allotted private polytechnic college.

If you refused to take admission in allotted seat then you security money will not refunded but there is no need of paying security money for 2^nd round of counselling.  Security money will not refund for private polytechnic college.
