RRB railway Recruitment board recently published the official employment Notice no CEN no for inviting online application form for the recruitment of Junior engineer JE , JE Information Technology IT, Depot material Superintendent DMS and chemical & metallurgical Assistant CMA. Notification had published on............... Selection for railway Junior Engineer JE and senior section engineer SSE posts will be strictly based on through the online examination. RRB will conduct examination for SSE and JE posts online at various examination centers of all over India.
Previous year DATA and Examination Details
Written examination was held on in different dates. Selection for JE Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant will be done in the pay scale of rs 9300-34800 and grade pay of rs 4200. Selection for SSE Senior Section Engineer & Chief Depot Material Superintendent will be done in the pay scale of 9300-34800 and grade pay of rs 4600. Written examination was held on the same day by all participating RRB.
Expected Cutoff marks analysis for Railway SSE Examination 2022
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination followed by document verification. Selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of ONLINE (Computer Based) examination. Questions of the online examination were objective type and MCQ based. The standard of questions for the ONLINE (Computer Based) examination was in conformity with the educational standards and/or minimum technical qualifications prescribed for the posts.
Questions of the online examination was asked from General awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and Technical Ability.
Online examination comprises 150 Objective type questions from above mentioned subjects. 90 questions were asked from Technical ability and general science Subject and 60 questions will be asked from general awareness, arithmetic, general intelligence and reasoning.
Online examination questions for JE IT posts comprise questions from MS Office; Computer fundamentals & organization; C , C++ & Java language; Information systems; DBMS; System programming; Operating systems; UNIX; SAD; Data & Network communication; Web technology & programming; Software Engineering; Environment & Pollution Control .
Questions for the posts of Chemical and metallurgical assistant were asked from Basic concepts of Fuel; Material Science; Polymers; Thermodynamics; Applied
Chemistry, Computers, Instrumentation & Measurement; Environment & Pollution Control.
Basic general science and technical ability question were related from Basic concepts of science (class XII standard); Civil; Mechanical; Electrical; Electronics; Computers; Environment & Pollution Control; Instrumentation & Measurement and Engineering Drawing / Graphics.
Total 120 minutes time duration was given for attempting the question paper.
Negative marking, minus marking is applicable in Railway SSE and JE examination 2022. There shall be penalty (negative marking) in ONLINE examination and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question. So its expected that cutoff marks will not be so much .
