Uttarakhand public service commission UKPSC now going to publish the
official recruitment notification for the posts of Forest Ranger Officer. Official
advertisement will be publish online for inviting application form
for Forest ranger officer posts. All candidates
who hold the eligibility criteria they can fill application form online till
the last date is end of December 2022. Total
no of vacancies for Van Chetradhikari posts are 62 tentatively . Selection of the eligible
candidates will be based on through state level bharti pariksha

Total no of vacancies: 62 (2% for FF, 5 % for Exs and 30 % posts are reserved fro Female of UK)
Salary: pay scale 9300-34800 , grade pay rs 4800
Eligibility criteria: Education qualification: Graduation
degree in following subjects
Agriculture , botany , chemistry , computer application ,
computer science , agriculture engineering , engineering chemistry civil computer , electrical electronics , mechanical
, environmental science , Forestry , Gardening , math , physics , statistics ,
animal husbandry , zoology
Age limit: minimum 21 year and maximum 42 year as on 1 July
Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in maximum
age Limit.
Physical stander: Height
male 163 cm, female 150 cm , chest male 84/+5 female 79/+5
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates
will be based on through the written examination. Likhit bharti pariksha will
be objective type and MCQ based. First of all preliminary examination will be
held for screening purpose. all those candidates who will be declared qualified
in the written examination they will be call for Mains examination. Mukhya
bharti pariksha will be held at Haldwani and Haridwar district.
Negative marking or minus marking will be applicable in this examination. For each incorrect answer 14 marks will be deducted as a negative marking.

PET Test: candidate are required to complete walk of 25 km
for male and 16 km for female in 4 hours .
Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks
obtained by the candidates in mains examination and personal interview test.
