Central Board of secondary every year conducted CBSE CTET
examination twice in the year. Central teacher eligibility Test CTET is one of
the essential qualifying criteria for the appointed of government Teacher of
class 1 to 5 and class 6 to 8th level. Without qualifying CTET examination no
candidates will be appointed for the posts teacher of primary level and Upper
primary level. CTET certificate is required for KVS kendriya Vidyalaya
recruitment, NVS Navodaya Vidyalaya, Central
Tibetan Schools ,
schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh ,
Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi. CTET may also apply to the
unaided private schools, who may exercise the option of considering the CTET.
Many states also use CTET certificate for the recruitment and preparing teacher
merit through CTET score. However CTET is just qualifying criteria for
appointment as teachers. Different state conduct their owe Teacher eligibility
test and use State TET certificate for the appointment.

“Kendriya Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad | Kendriya Shiksha patrata pariksha 2021
Primary level Teacher for class 1 to class 5
Intermediate with at least 50% marks and appearing in final
year of 2 year Diploma elementary education / BTC / or B.el.ed / B.ed
Upper primary Level
for class 6 to class 8th level teacher
Graduation degree and appearing in final year of 2-year
Diploma in Elementary Education / BTC / B.ed / B.el.ed / B.A/B.Sc.Ed or
B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
5% relaxation in the qualifying marks in the minimum
education qualification will be be given for reserved category
candidates.

Validity of CTET Certificate: CTET certificate will be
valid fro 7 year from the date of the declaration of the its results for all
categories. There are no Restriction of attempts in CTET examination. So you
are free to attempt the examination again for improving your score.
