state government of Uttar pradesh now going to provides cashless medical treatment facility for their employee of different government. A committee of under the chairmanship of chief secretary finance has recommended regarding cashless Medical facility. Government will provide a plastic coated heath card for all government employees. Aadhaar card no and QR coded will be printed on plastic coated health card. This scheme will provided the benefit to government employee and their dependants .
Pensioner of Up govt will also get the benefit of cash less Chikitsa Swasthya ilaj yojana.
This facility will be provided for Accidental and Incurable disease.
Committee recommends provide facility just like central government health scheme.
Recommendations of the cash less scheme as are following.
Cashless will similar like CGHS of central government . Under the CGHS , those diseases which are curable by contracted hospital for central government employee, state government will also provided cashless scheme for treatment of such diseases in contracted hospital for state govt employee .
Incurable disease will be consider from Niyamawali 2013 and state govt employee , pensioner will be eligible for the treatment.
95 % advance fund will be provided instead of 75% on the basis of calculation of government hospitals.
Rate and Hospital will be as it is which is for central government employee.
SGPI Lucknow, lohia Ayurvigyan sansthan, Gramin Ayurvigyan sansthan RIMS Etawah , and other government and government aided hospitals will be also recommended for the treatment or getting the benefit of this cash less scheme . total 95% fund will be provided by the government on the medical Bill of these hospitals.
