Government of UP published transfer policy  regarding transfer of Prathmik Shikshak within district from one block to another block . 
Governments have been taken decision for doing transfer within district with term and condition. 
All interested and eligible teacher who want transfer within district from one block to another block they can fill application form in prescribed application form proforma. State government of Uttar pradesh now going to announced Detailed Time Table and Date schedule for Antarjanpadiya sthanantaran 2022. according to latest GO / Shashnadesh of Basic education Council / Department will start Transfer within District from one block to another block.  बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद recently send the official Proposal to state government of uttar pradesh for starting the Inter District Transfer / intra District and Smayojan of Teaching who are working in Prathmik Vidyalaya , Uccha Prathmik School of Basic shiksha parishad . as we know Prathmik Shikshak of Parishadiya school are waiting for अंतर्जनपदीय स्थानान्तरण since 2017 . Last Transfer list was published in 2017 for Primary and upper primary UPS School teacher. But in academic year 2018 no transfer was done. GO /Government order/ Shashnadesh, for inviting, Online Application Form , Date (समय सारिणी)  has been published at UpJob.in.
 Just like 2017 Application form will bealso invited online from the eligible teacher of basic shiksha parishad schools. Sachiv Basic shiksha parishad will issued Letter to concerned BSA for inviting the application form for Inter District Transfer and Smayojan of Teacher within the district.  UpJob.in will provide  complete details of  Online application form for , Notification Date of , Transfer List and other information of Primary school transfer 2022.
Junior High school UPS,  JHS  Teacher , Assistant Teacher (Sahayak Adhyapak  ) , Principal (Pradhan Adhyapak ) will also get the benefit of the transfer from current district to their Home District . Transfer List,  will be published online at the official website of Basic shiksha parishad.
Recently Basic Education Department has changed the Timing of schools and session timing of Government Primary and Upper primary School. New academic session likely to be star from 1 April 2022.

Important Information regarding Transfer of Basic Shiksha parishad Teacher as are following
Transfer of  Sahayak Adhyapak /  Teachers / Female Teacher of  parishadiya Vidyalaya will be done under the Antarjanpadiya sthanantaran  UP ,   Basic Shiksha Adhyapak Seva niyamavali 1981 , amendment 15th , Rule 21 .
All transfer will be done only the approval of Basic Shiksha Parishad, No transfer will be done without the approval of basic shiksha parishad.
Transfer will be done for Rural area to Rural area school from one district to another dist or within the district & Urban Area School to urban are school.
For ensuring the maximum Transparency in the Transfer process and procedure application form will be invited online and Transfer list will be also published online by Basic shiksha parishad.

Primary Teacher Transfer in Urban Area Primary School 2022

Eligibility Criteria  :  Service Duration : only those teacher who have completed there minimum 5 year service in current district they can fill application form for Transfer from for another district.
In case of Female  / Mahila Teacher , Physical handicapped Teacher  minimum service Duration will be 1 year .
In case you have already got a benefit of Inter district transfer within 5 year then you are not eligible for Inter District transfer.
Service duration will be calculated from the date of joining in concerned District.

Priority in Transferred Teacher; Basic shiksha parishad Cleary mentioned in there Order  that  posts of Primary schools teacher is district cadre posts so inter district Transfer is not right of schools Teacher however government  facilitated this special transfer  in special cases . Preference will be given as are following
All Physically handicapped candidates with 40% PWD
Teacher Suffer from Serious decease
Wife of Army , Armed force employee
Female teacher applied for transfer for there home district or working district of Husband
Male Teacher for Home District .

Transfer benefit will be only given when teacher of same batch will be available in desired district for transfer

Process of Transfer :
  • Fill online Application Form,
  • Take A printout and submit it to BSA office
  • Counselling
  • Verification of application form, and Document will be done by BSA Office.
  • BSA will provide all information regarding Rejected and approved transfer , to UP BSP.
  • Publication of list Online.
  • Reliving of teacher from BEO  office, BSA office
  • Joining in BSA officer of  transferred district

How to apply : all eligible teacher can apply online for inter District Transfer. You are required to give 3 option for transfer on priority basic .  Department will try to give your desired district for your transfer if vacancy posts will be available in that district.

After filling the application form, just take a printout of application form and submit it your concerned BSA.

योगी सरकार (Yogi Government) ने प्रदेश की सरकारी नौकरियों (Government Jobs) में आरक्षण (Reservation) का कोटा बढ़ा दिया है.
UP में योगी सरकार ने किए 45,000 शिक्षकों के तबादले
लखनऊ. उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकारी भर्तियों (Government Jobs) को लेकर योगी सरकार (Yogi Government) एक्शन मोड में आ गई है. इसी कड़ी में रविवार को सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ के निर्देश पर 45000 बेसिक शिक्षकों के एक जिले से दूसरे जिले में तबादले कर दिए. इस तबादला नीति में महिलाओं, दिव्यांगों व सैनिक परिवारों की महिलाओं को विशेष प्राथमिकता दी गई है. दरअसल लॉकडाउन के चलते तबादले की प्रक्रिया रुकी हुई थी. बताया जा रहा है कि 45000 से अधिक शिक्षकों ने आवेदन आये थे. ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के तहत पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ तबादले किए गए है.
इससे पहले शनिवार को सीएम योगी ने बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में 31661 सहायक शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया को एक हफ्ते में पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया था. मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार युवाओं को नौकरी सहित रोजगार के पर्याप्त अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिए संकल्पित है. बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा सहायक अध्यापकों के 69000 रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती के लिए को टीटीई की परीक्षा कराई गई थी. को निर्गत शासनादेश द्वारा टीटीई परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए सामान्य वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम 65 प्रतिशत तथा पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अन्य आरक्षित वर्गों के लिए न्यूनतम 60 प्रतिशत अंक निर्धारित किया गया था.
बढ़ाया सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण का कोटा
योगी सरकार ने प्रदेश की सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण (Reservation) का कोटा बढ़ा दिया है. अब यूपी में सरकारी नौकरियों में कुल 60 फीसदी पदों पर आरक्षण होगा. आर्थिक रूप से कमजारों को 10 फ़ीसदी आरक्षण देने के बाद रिजर्वेशन का कोटा बढ़ा है. अब सभी भर्ती आयोग अब इसके आधार पर ही विज्ञापन निकालकर आवेदन मांगेंगे. उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग ने इसके लिए तैयारियां शुरू कर दी है और भर्ती के लिए जो प्रस्ताव पूर्व से आए थे उसे वापस भेजकर इसमें संशोधन कराया जा रहा है.
केवल यूपी में रहने वालों को ही मिलेगा लाभ
बता दें राज्य सरकार ने आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों को सरकारी नौकरियों में 10 फीसदी आरक्षण देने का फैसला किया है. इसके तहत उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए आरक्षण) अधिनियम-2020 जारी किया जा चुका है. इसके आधार पर आर्थिक रूप से कमजोरों को 10 फीसदी आरक्षण देना अनिवार्य हो गया है. इसका फायदा केवल यूपी में रहने वालों को ही मिलेगा. अपर मुख्य सचिव कार्मिक मुकुल सिंहल ने निर्देश भेज रखा है कि इसे कड़ाई से लागू किया जाए.

बेसिक शिक्षा : कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद शिक्षिकाओं को तबादले के लिए मिला दूसरा अवसर, 18 दिसंबर कर सकेंगी ऑनलाइन आवेदन, 30 दिसम्बर को होगा सूची का प्रकाशन
उत्तर प्रदेश में बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद अंतर जिला तबादले की वेबसाइट 18 दिसंबर से खोलने जा रहा है। इस बार उन अध्यापिकाओं से ऑनलाइन आवेदन लिए जाएंगे, जिनका विवाह नियुक्ति मिलने के बाद हुआ है और वे तबादले का दूसरा अवसर चाहती हैं। यह कदम परिषद ने हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर उठाया है। आप यह खबर प्राइमरी का मास्टर डॉट कॉम पर पढ़ रहे हैं।  कोर्ट ने विवाहित महिलाओं के अलावा उन असाध्य रोगी शिक्षक व शिक्षिका से भी आवेदन लेने का निर्देश दिया था जिन्होंने ऑनलाइन आवेदन नहीं किया था। दैनिक जागरण ने सात दिसंबर को तबादलों के लिए फिर लिए जाएंगे आवेदन शीर्षक खबर दी थी। परिषद वेबसाइट खोलने की समय सारिणी जारी कर दी है। 


परिषदीय प्राथमिक व उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में कार्यरत अध्यापकों के अंतर जिला तबादलों के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने दिव्या गोस्वामी सहित दर्जनों याचिकाओं पर विस्तृत फैसला दिया है। आदेश है कि केवल उस अध्यापिका को दूसरा अवसर मिलेगा जिसने नियुक्ति के बाद शादी किया है। असल में विद्यालयों में ऐसी कई अध्यापिकाएं तैनात हैं जिन्होंने पहले अपने पिता के निवास स्थान वाले जिले में तबादला लिया लेकिन, उनका विवाह दूसरे जिले में हो गया है इसलिए अब वे अपने पति के निवास वाले जिले में स्थानांतरण चाहती हैं। इसी तरह से उन अध्यापकों को भी तबादले का दूसरा अवसर मिला है, जो गंभीर रूप से बीमार होंगे और उन्हें तत्काल इलाज की जरूरत होगी।


शासन की ओर से जारी आदेश में एक बार ही अंतर जिला तबादले का प्राविधान किया गया है। कोर्ट उन्हें जरूर राहत दी थी। अब अनुपालन परिषद कर रहा है। शासनादेश के अनुसार ऐसे शिक्षक जो दूसरी बार तबादला चाहते थे उनका आवेदन निरस्त किया जा चुका है, वहीं कई ने तबादले की शर्तों को देखते आवेदन ही नहीं किया था। इसलिए वेबसाइट फिर से खोली जा रही है। परिषद सचिव पीएस बघेल ने बताया कि संबंधित शिक्षक तय समयावधि में ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें।


■ आवेदन की समय सारिणी

● ऑनलाइन आवेदनपत्र का पंजीकरण/आवेदन पत्र सबमिट/बीएसए कार्यालय में आवेदन की प्रति जमा करना : 18 से 21 दिसंबर।

● जिला स्तर पर काउंसिलिंग/ऑनलाइन सत्यापन : 22 व 24 दिसंबर।

● बीएसए की ओर से काउंसिलिंग के बाद डाटा लॉक करना : 26 दिसंबर।

● सूची का प्रकाशन : 30 दिसंबर।


प्रदेश के परिषदीय विद्यालयों में कार्यरत शिक्षकों के अंतर जनपदीय स्थानांतरण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 18 दिसंबर से लिए जाएंगे। सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद की ओर से जारी विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि दिव्या गोस्वामी बनाम उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य एवं अन्य के मामले में पारित   के आदेश के अनुपालन में अंतर जनपदीय स्थानांतरण प्रक्रिया शुरू हो रही है।

परिषद की ओर से जारी विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि महिला शिक्षिकाएं जो शादी से पूर्व स्थानांतरण का लाभ ले चुकी है और असाध्य रोग से ग्रसित शिक्षक स्थानांतरण के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आप यह खबर प्राइमरी का मास्टर डॉट कॉम पर पढ़ रहे हैं।  सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद की ओर से जारी सूचना में कहा गया है कि अंतर जनपदीय स्थानांतरण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 18  से 21 दिसंबर के बीच लिया जाएगा।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की जनपद स्तर पर काउंसलिंग एवं ऑनलाइन सत्यापन 22 से 24 दिसंबर के बीच होगा। बीएसए की ओर से काउंसलिंग के बाद अंतर जनपदीय सूची का डाटा लॉक 26 दिसंबर को होगा जबकि 30 दिसंबर को अंतर जनपदीय स्थानांतरण की सूची प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
