UPSC NDA NA 1, 2 Exam Expected Cut Off Marks Analysis 2022

Union Public service Commission conducted a national level written examination for the admission in different program for National Defense Academy NDA and Naval Academy examination. NDA 1  Bharti Pariksha was held on 10 April 2022. Just like previous year this year more the 3 lakh Intermediate qualified and appearing candidates appeared in this examination. UPSC NDA examination is held twice in the year by Sangh Lok Sewa Ayog.  Selection of the eligible candidates will be done on the basis written examination and SSB interview test. After that all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the SSC interview they will be call for training. UPSC will not publish any Cutoff marks for mark for written examination. UPSC will just publish final cutoff marks aggregately of written exam plus interview Marks. UPSC will publish the list of Roll no of qualified candidates for Admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of The National Defence Academy. All selection process will be completed under the ministry of Defence. The mark-sheets of the candidates will be put on the Commission’s Website within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the final result. (After concluding SSB Interviews)

Question Paper Analysis of UPSC NDA Examination  

UPSC NDA NA written examination comprises two question Paper.

1st question paper was based on Mathematics which will carry total 300 marks.

2nd question paper was based on General Ability Test GAT. This test will carry total 200 marks

Questions of Both paper was objective type and MCQ based.  Question Paper / Test booklet of Mathematics and paper B of the general ability Test was asked in Hindi and English language. 

Mathematics : Covers the syllabus of XI and XII class.  It is essential for candidate to practice shortcut techniques; The Science portion has maximum questions of Physics (more conceptual), Chemistry (quite straight) and Biology (absolutely factual).

General Knowledge portion comprises History, Indian Polity, and Geography. Most questions in HISTORY are from Modern Indian History and only a few from Medieval and Ancient History. Students  

General Ability: The paper has 150 questions carrying 600 marks.   The paper comprises of three sections i.e. English, Science and General Knowledge, each section has 50 questions.

Question paper of UPSC NDA na examination    was difficult in comparison to previous years NDA NA Examination. Difficulty level of Math question paper was Moderate level. So maximum no of students was   able to attempt at least 80% questions accurately. If you attempted at least 60 to 70 % accurately then I think this will be safe score for NDA NA examination.

All those candidates who will be declared qualified in the written examination they will call for personal interview test. This test will carry total 900 marks. So overall final merit will be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination of 900 marks and personal interview test 900 marks.

NDA cut off 2020 for final selection is the marks secured by the last finally recommended candidates. The cut off for this stage is decided out of 1800 marks (900 marks of written exam + 900 marks of Interview.
