Posts name : Junior Stenographer
Total no of vacancies: 10
Education qualification : Intermediate and typing test of 80 word per minutes in English / Hindi short hand and a computer typing speed of 40/35 in English / hindi
Salary: pay scale: 5200-20200 and grade pay rs 2400 for Jr. Stenographer, and pay grade for Assistant grade is 1900
Age limit : maximum 28 year as limit .
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination followed by Typing test. Selection of the Junior Stenographer posts will be based on through the Computer proficiency test .
(1) For the post of Assistant (G/F&A/S&P) Gr.III
Computer based Typing Speed Test (Time allowed : 10 Minutes)
Candidates qualifying the typing speed test will be called for a Multiple Choice Competitive Examination in bilingual i.e. in Hindi and English.
Candidates will be called for an interview on the basis of their performance in the Competitive Examination. Candidates have the option to take the interview in Hindi/English.
Final results will be declared on the basis of the performance in both the written test and the interview.
Weightage of interview marks would not exceed 25% of the total prescribed marks.
(2) For the post of Jr. Stenographer : On the basis of competitive proficiency test.
