NTSE is the acronyms of national talent search examination.
This is also known as (राष्ट्रीय प्रतिभा
खोज
परीक्षा) in Hindi.
Rashtriya pratibha khoj pariksha every year conduct by NCERT. NTSE is national
level scholarship scheme which is held for testing the highly intelligence of
the students of India. Every year many lakh high
schools appearing candidates are participating in this examination. Total
1000 chhatravriti offered to selected qualified students of High school. . This
scholarship is provided by Rashtriya shaikshik anusandhan aur prashikshan parishad. NCERT conducts this examination
two times in every year. First of all this examination is conducted on stage
level which is also known as NTSe Stage 1 examination
and all those students who declared qualified in stage 1 examination they call
for stage 2 examination which is held on national level.
NCERT NTSE Scholarship scheme details as are following
Total No of Scholarship - 1000
Scholarship of rs 1250 per month
for class 11th to class 12th
Scholarship of rs 2000 per month
for under graduates and post graduates students
Amount of scholarship for Phd be
fixed in accordance with UGC norms.
Reservation details: 15% for SC ,
7.5% for ST , 3% for PWD candidates
Scholarship scheme of Central and state government UP
Scholarship scheme of Central and state government UP
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination of two levels. First of all pre exam will be held on state level. And all candidates qualified on state level will be call for national level examination.
Minimum qualifying marks: qualifying cutoff marks for NTSE
scholarship as are following: minimum 40% for general category in each paper and
for Sc , ST and PH 35% in each paper.
Question paper medium: will be in Hindi language
Exam Dates: State level examination stage I - December 2021 in Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Andaman and Nicobar
December 2021– Examination in all other state and union
territories
National level examination stage 2: June 2022
Eligibility Criteria: only appearing candidates in high
school can fill application form for NTSE
Question paper pattern for Stage 1: examination at the stage
level will comprise of two part which are
A : mental ability Test MAT
B : language Test LT and
C scholastic aptitude test SAT
Pattern of stage II examination: negative marking will be applicable in state 2 examinations. For each incorrect answer 1/3 marks will be deducted as a negative marking.

NTSE Scholarship stage 1 examination Cutoff Marks Merit list
and Results
Just like Previous year, NCERT will publish official results
of Stage 1 examination results and merit list online at the official website of
NCERT. All candidates who appeared in this examination can check their merit
list, cutoff list online only. NCERT will publish results category wise and name
wise lists for candidates who declared qualified for stage 2 examination which
will be held on national level. If you also appeared in this examination you
can check your results on the official websites of NCERT which is

Expected Cutoff marks for NTSE Stage 1 Exam 2022
Usually NCERT not publishing any cutoff marks data for NTSE
examination. NCERT just published the name of the candidates and roll no of
qualified candidates in NTSE examination so it’s very difficult to assume
regarding what will be expected cutoff marks for National talent search
examination. How ever on the basis of feed back and responses which we have
received from the aspirant we got few conclusion regarding what will be expected
cutoff marks NTSE examination.
- General category: 75-80 % marks
- OBC category – 70-75 % marks
- SC category – 65~70 % marks
- ST category - 60 – 65 % marks
