State election commission will published the official adrsh achar sanhita for Upcoming up Assembly election 2022. After completing the Chetra panchayat election for BDC , block pramukh , Zila panchayat election for Zila panchayat sadasya and zila panchayat Adhyaksh , Chunav ayog of uttar pradesh started the preparation of vidhan sabha Chunav. model code of conduct will be imposed from January 2021. recently election commission order to the officer of Up govt that don’t transfer any officer without notifying ECI UP. UPEC now started the transfer process for those offices who are working more than 3 year in one districts.
If code of conduct will be applicable then government will not able to do any transfer till the completing election. So its sure that transfer of administrative officer and teachers will defiantly effected.
Voting (Matdan ) for Vidhan sabha Chunav will be completed in 7 phases. Its election will be completed on march 2022. election commission will conduct MLA election in 7 phases from February to march 2022.

आचार संहिता:
आचार संहिता के तहत कोई दल या उसका प्रत्याशी कोई ऐसा काम नहीं कर सकते जो विभिन्न जातियों, धार्मिक और भाषाई समुदायों के बीच मतभेदों को बढ़ाये, घृणा और तनाव पैदा करे।
आचार संहिता के नियम अनुसार राजनीतिक दलों की आलोचना उनकी नीतियों, कार्यक्रमों, उनकी पुरानी छवि और काम तक ही सीमित होनी चाहिए। व्यक्तिगत जीवन के किसी पहलू की आलोचना नहीं की जानी चाहिए।
किसी भी सभा से पहले उसके स्थान और समय के बारे में स्थानीय पुलिस अधिकारियों को पूर्व सूचना देनी आवश्यक है, जिससे यातायात को नियंत्रित करने और शांति व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिए जरूरी इंतजाम किया जा सके।
आचार संहिता के मुताबिक, जुलूस में ऐसी चीजों का प्रयोग नहीं होना चाहिए, जिनका दुरुपयोग उत्तेजना के क्षणों में हो सके।
क्या नहीं कर सकते हैं मुख्यमंत्री:
आचार संहिता के अनुसार राज्य का मुख्यमंत्री कोई शासकीय दौरा नहीं कर सकते।
किसी भी प्रकार की योजनाओं और परियोजनाओं की घोषणा नहीं कर सकते।
किसी भी प्रकार के निर्माण, मुआवजे आदि की घोषणा नहीं कर सकते।
सरकारी विमान और गाड़ियों का उपयोग पार्टी के प्रचार के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता है।
