IHHL Toilet Latrine construction Sauchalay Online application form

Ministry of Urban Development, Government Of India launched INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLD LATRINE (IHHL) scheme for construction Toilet /Latrine. All Indian citizens can fill application form online for IHHL scheme. This scheme is launched by center central government under the swaksh bhart mission (स्वच्छ भारत मिशन ). You can fill application form online for latrine construction (शौचालय निर्माण / Sauchalay Nirman ) from your home./  after that adhinasth adhikari of local bodies will verify your application and fund for toilet construction will be transferred in your bank account . Under the IHHL yojana 25% expenditure will be paid by the applicant and 75% fund will be provided by the  central government and state government .

All process will be completed online. Verification will be also done online.  Citizens of urban areas , nagar palika, Nagar parishad , nagar Nigam can also fill application form . 

In case you are living in joint family then its not possible to build separate latrine for each family .  all eligible candidates can fill application form Online at the official website of Urban.gov.in  without paying any application form fee . applicant are required to attach  your Aadhaar card no ,  two photo graph , bank pass book photo copy ,  etc .

After that this application will be forwarded to adhishashi adhikari and they will verify your application form manually .

The incentive amount provided under SBM(G) to BPL / Identified APLs households shall be upto Rs. 12,000 for construction of one unit of IHHL. This amount is fully provided under SBM Swaksh bhart mission (G) with Central share of Rs. 9,000/- and State share of Rs. 3,000/- without beneficiary contribution. All houses constructed with the Central or / and State assistance should invariably have suitable sanitation facility as an integral part.  

BDO (VP) will allocate the Individual Household Latrines (IHHL) to the Village Panchayat concerned.

The Overseers have to undertake field visits every Friday for marking / valuation of sanctioned / completed IHHLs respectively.

(ii) after fully completing the IHHL has been made compulsory for release of subsidy. The photographs have to be taken with the Beneficiary and another person specified standing together on the site.

 ‘Total Sanitation Campaign’ (TSC) launched by Government of India to cover all households with sanitation facilities and promote hygiene behaviors. The Scheme was renamed as ‘Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan’ (NBA) to accelerate sanitation coverage in rural areas to achieve the vision of Nirmal Bharat by 2022 with all Village Panchayats in the Country attaining open defecation free status.

The unit cost was enhanced to Rs.10,000 inclusive of assistance through convergence with Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. The incentive provided under the scheme for construction of Individual Household Latrines (IHHL) for Below Poverty Line (BPL) Households was also extended to Above Poverty Line (APL) Households in 2012, but restricted to SCs/STs, Small and Marginal farmers, Landless Labourers with homestead, Differently Abled and Women Headed households. . 
        

 The Government of India has now launched Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) on 2nd October 2014, the successor programme of NBA, to accelerate the efforts to achieve universal sanitation coverage and to achieve Swachh Bharat by 2019 as a fitting tribute to the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The Mission aims to strive towards its stated goals by removing the bottlenecks that were hindering the progress and by focusing on critical issues affecting outcomes.

After filling this information click on ‘Register’ button. Then after

successful registration, Applicant Login ID with successful message

displayed as below and information regarding this message is also sent to respected email.

HOW DOES APPLICANT LOGIN AFTER REGISTRATION

Applicant can enter IHHL by using respected Login ID. Applicant need to fill respected Login ID at ‘Applicant Login’ section as below and enter the code as displayed. Please enter same as displayed. Then click on ‘Generate OTP’ to get OTP

After successful verification of OTP, Applicant goes to Application form as

below. Applicant login detail is displayed in Account Detail section of IHHL Application Form. Applicant needs to fill all the information related to the applicant as required in form.

After filling all the information of the Applicant, click on ‘Apply’ button to Submit

CHECK STATUS /PRINT OF APPLICATION

Applicant can also check status history of Applied for all Applications. Click to ‘Status’ menu then ‘IHHL Application

Applicant can also search for an application by entering Application ID or

Name of the Applicant and then clicking on ‘Search’ button.

Following document will be required during filling application
