Chandigarh Govt. wants to recruit the post of Bus Conductor for Chandigarh Transport Undertaking.  And total vacant seats are 93.

Eligibility Criteria for Chandigarh Bus Conductor: Age limit should be according to the date 1st January 2016.

Applicants age should be in between 18 years to 25 years that is minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 25 years.

Educational Qualification for CTU: candidates must carry a valid Conductor’s License and must hold the degree of 10+2(intermediate).

Salary of Bus Conductor for Chandigarh Territory: Pay Scale of Rs. 5910-20200 with the Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- (initially start with Rs. 9880/-).

Job Location: Chandigarh Territory

Selection Procedure of CHD CTU: Final Selection process is based on written test only; there will be no personal interview.

Written exam Pattern/ Type for the post of Bus Conductor of Chandigarh: There will be two written test on the same day, held in forenoon and afternoon. The no. of questions will be 100 in each paper for the time period 90 minutes (each). There will be no negative marking and question paper will be based on MCQ type questions.

Syllabus for Written Examination (Objective type):  Question paper language will be Hindi, English and Punjabi.

For Paper 1st – Question paper first will be based on Numerical Ability, English, General Knowledge and basic knowledge of computer.

For Paper 2nd - Question paper second will be based on Knowledge of Traffic rules, First Aid General Behavior and Safety.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for both question paper of CTU Bus Conductor:

25% - for SC category candidates.

30% - for other categories candidates.
