Eligibility criteria: education qualification: Higher secondary with biology , physics , chemistry  or at least one subject of these.

Graduation degree with agriculture / botany / computer / science / environment / forestry / geological science / gardening / math / statistics / physics. animal science  zoology / or engineering in these subject

Physical stander – male 163 cm , female 150 cm ,

Chest male 84+5 male, 79/+5 female

Age limit : 21 to 30 year as on  1 January  

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination and physical test.  Selection candidates will be appointed on 2 year probation period. 

First of all written examination will be held for the all candidates.

Question paper pattern and Syllabus of the Written examination; all question of Likhit bharti pariksha will be objective type.  Written examination will comprise two question papers.

1st question paper: General study, language Hindi English and Chhattisgarh, and general intelligence test, analytical and reasoning ability test 

Total 150 questions – time duration: 2.30 hr, and maximum marks – 300

Question paper 2 - Science,. Technology and environment

Total 150 questions, time duration 150 minutes, maximum marks – 300

Negative marking will be applicable in the CGPSC Forest service recruitment exam. For each correct answer 2 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer 1 marks will be deducted as minus marking.

Candidates are required score at least 33 % marks for general and 23 % marks for SC, ST ,OBC category , for declaring qualified in the written examination .

Personal interview test; all those candidates who will be declared qualified din the written examination they will be call for personal interview test . Maximum marks for personal interview test will be 75.  Total 3 times of proposed no of vacancies candidates will be call for personal interview test.

Physical efficiency test – 26 km walk for male and 16 km walk for female ,
