Prarambhik shiksha vibhag now going to start the recruitment and Samayojan process in the education department of Rajasthan. Approximately 20000 teachers will be appointed as head teacher in Elementary Education of Rajasthan. Government section posts of head teacher in those school where no of student are more then 150 in class 6 to class 8th level . Prarambhik shiksha nideshalaya of Rajasthan sanctioned total 20825 posts of head master for different subject district wise. There are 290 posts of math, 798 posts of science, 928 posts of English, 4240 posts of Hindi, 9194 posts for social science, 1666 posts for Sanskrit, and 3709 posts for General category. Maximum no of posts are for social science and maximum their 1378 posts in Barmer district.
these head teacher will be appointed in those Madhyamik vidyalaya where class 6 to class 8 level are running, decision of the recruitment of Mukhya shiksha / Principal will be definitely improve the quality of the education in state of Rajasthan. Official GO regarding the appointment and adjustment was published 21 April 2016 and district wise Samayojan list are publishing from June 2016. Strength of the student for selecting the eligible school will be taken from 30 September 2015. Each varishtha adhyapak will be selected for Upper primary school.

प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा में बीस हजार को बनाया जाएगा हैड टीचर
प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा में कक्षा 6 से 8 तक में 150 से अधिक छात्र संख्या वाले स्कूलों में हैड टीचर के पद स्वीकृत किए गए हैंं। प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा निदेशालय ने प्रदेश में 20 हजार 825 हैड टीचर के पद स्वीकृत कर विषयवार और जिलावार विवरण शुक्रवार को जारी कर दिया।
निदेशालय से जारी आदेशानुसार हैड टीचर उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय के लिए स्वीकृत वरिष्ठ अध्यापक के पदों का सात विषय में विभाजन कर कुल पद स्वीकृत किए गए हैं।
इनमें विषय गणित के 290, विज्ञान के 798, अंग्रेजी के 928, हिन्दी के 4240, सामाजिक विज्ञान के 9194, संस्कृत के 1666, सामान्य 3709 पद हैं। सर्वाधिक हैड टीचर के पद सामाजिक विज्ञान विषय के हैं जबकि सर्वाधिक हैड टीचर के पद बाड़मेर जिले में 1378 स्वीकृत किए गए हैं।

बीकानेर 550, श्रीगंगानगर 616, हनुमानगढ़ 479, बारां 414, बूंदी 390, झालावाड़ 631, कोटा 433, भरतपुर 620, धौलपुर 320, करौली 412, सवाईमाधोपुर 327, जालौर 577, पाली 730, सिरोही 278, बांसवाड़ा 499, चित्तौडग़ढ़ 621, डूंगरपुर 484, प्रतापगढ़ 341, राजसमंद 580, उदयपुर 894, चूरू 565, झुंझुनूं 594, सीकर 729, अलवर 1117, दौसा 459, जयपुर 1290, बाड़मेर 1378, जैसलमेर 304, जोधपुर 971, अजमेर 739, भीलवाड़ा 924, नागौर 1040, टोंक 519 पद स्वीकृत किए हैं।
पहली बार हैड टीचर
प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा के कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए हैड टीचर की व्यवस्था लागू की गई है। इसमें प्रारम्भिक स्कूलों के साथ माध्यमिक शिक्षा के अधीन उन स्कूलों में भी हैड टीचर होगा जिनमें कक्षा 6 से 8 तक की कक्षाएं हैं। शिक्षा विभाग ने शिक्षण कार्य की गुणवत्ता को सुधारने के लिए यह व्यवस्था की है।
