State government of uttar pradesh launched the most awaited and most popular sarkari yojana of Kendra sarkar name pradhan mantri fasal bima yojana.  Prime mister crop insurances scheme will be applicable except then 6 district of Up. State government has taken decision to apply the PM crop insurances scheme in all districts except then Amroha, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Moradabad, Shamli and Shravasti district.  This scheme will be applicable from next Kharif and rabi crop. this information was given by the agriculture minister of Up . He said that Under the PM insurance scheme Kharif crop of rice, millet, maize, groundnuts, urd, mung bean, sesame, pea, soybean, sugarcane wheat and Rabi crop gram, peas, lentils, Lahi, mustard and potato crop will be insured. Government will provided Compensation in case of adverse weather or fail in the sowing of the crop or any other loss of crop.  Government will do assessment of the damage of failure of sowing the crop on gram panchayat level.  Assessment for Compensation will also done in case of natural disaster ,  disease ,  insects attack  or other risk of damage of the crop .

Agriculture minister said that after the 14 day of the harvesting of the crop, if crop kept in the field for drying purpose and   its lost due to hurricane , or cyclonic rain , hail unseasonable rains , land slide or flood of water then assessment will done on insured farmer . If crop will be damage due to malicious act or any other preventable risk then insurance cover will not provided,.

These debtor farmers and non loane farmer both are eligible for this scheme. For the Kharif crop farmer can submit their premium till the 31 July and for the rabi crop they can fill their premium till the last 31 December .

Features of Fasal Bima Yojana

1. There will be a uniform premium of only 2% to be paid by farmers for all Kharif crops and 1.5% for all Rabi crops. In case of annual commercial and horticultural crops, the
2. premium to be paid by farmers will be only 5%. The premium rates to be paid by farmers are very low and balance premium will be paid by the Government to provide full insured amount to the farmers against crop loss on account of natural calamities.
3. ii) There is no upper limit on Government subsidy. Even if balance premium is 90% it  will be borne by the Government.
4. iii) Earlier, there was a provision of capping the premium rate which resulted in low claims being paid to farmers. This capping was done to limit Government outgo on the
5. Premium subsidy. This capping has now been removed and farmers will get claim against full sum insured without any reduction.
6. iv) The use of technology will be encouraged to a great extent. Smart phones will be used to capture and upload data of crop cutting to reduce the delays in claim payment to

प्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना लागू

प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश के समस्त जनपदों में (अमरोहा, झाॅसी, गोरखपुर, मुरादाबाद, शामली व श्रावस्ती को छोड़कर)के खरीफ व रबी मौसम में नई फसल बीमा योजना के रूप में प्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री फलस बीमा योजना को लागू किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

यह जानकारी प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री श्री विनोद कुमार उर्फ पण्डित सिंह ने दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि खरीफ की फसल में धान, ज्वार, बाजरा, मक्का, मूंगफली, उर्द, मूंग, तिल, अरहर, सोयाबीन, गन्ना तथा रबी की फसल में गेहॅू, चना, मटर, मसूर, लाही, सरसों तथा आलू की फसल में यह योजना लागू होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतिकूल मौसम के कारण फसल की बुवाई न कर पाने/असफल बोवाई की स्थिति में क्षति का आंकलन ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर किया जायेगा। इसी प्रकार प्राकृतिक आपदाओं, रोगों, कृमियों व अन्य जोखिमों से फसल नष्ट होने की स्थिति में क्षति का आंकलन भी ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर किया जायेगा।

कृषि मंत्री ने बताया कि फसल कटाई के उपरान्त 14 दिनों तक खेत में सुखाई हेतु रखी गई कटी हुई फसल को चक्रवात व चक्रवाती वर्षा/बेमौसम वर्षा ओलावृष्टि, भू-स्खलन, व जल प्लावन से क्षति की स्थिति में फलस की क्षति का आंकलन व्यक्तिगत बीमित कृषक के स्तर पर किया जायेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि फसलों की दुर्भावनापूर्ण क्षति एवं अन्य रोके जा सकने वाले जोखिमों से क्षति को योजनान्तर्गत कवर नहीं किया गया है।

श्री सिंह ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के संचालन हेतु क्रियान्वयन एजेन्सी के रूप में समस्त जनपदों में ऋणी एवं गैर ऋणी कृषकों की फसलों को बीमा कवरेज प्रदान करने हेतु नामित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि ऋणी एवं गैर ऋणी सभी कृषक खरीफ मौसम में दिनांक 31 जुलाई एवं रबी मौसमी में दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर की अन्तिम तिथि पर प्रीमियम की कटौती कराते हुए योजना में सम्मिलित हो सकते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत, केंद्र सरकार भारी बारिश, कीट, बीमारियों और अन्य प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के कारण फसलों के नुकसान के मामले में किसानों को फसलों के बीमा और वित्तीय सहायता के लिए बीमा प्रदान करती है। हाल ही में, सरकार ने खरीफ बीमा योजना के लिए खरीफ के लिए 2% और रबी फसलों के लिए 1.5% या बीमा राशि को कम कर दिया है।

    मुखपृष्ठ पर, “एप्लिकेशन स्थिति – प्रत्येक चरण पर अपनी एप्लिकेशन स्थिति जानें” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
