All farmer who want subsidy for purchasing the agriculture instrument / Equipment, they can fill application form in prescribe application form. This donation will be provided by agriculture department of Uttar pradesh. Krishi vibhag up, invited application form for purchasing the subsidized agriculture instruments. This information was given by Deputy Agriculture director. All those farmer who don’t have Kisan credit card they can also get benefit of Pradhan Mantri fasal bema yojana. they are required to fill a prescribe application form format of PM agriculture insurance scheme , attach your ID proof with application form , bank pass book photo copy , khatauni , khasra photo copy , and certificate of Lekha regarding sown crop s in land with photo .
Farmer are required to pay of premium of rs 802 for insure amount of paddy crop of 40100 (2% only) , 352 rs for maize insure amount 17600 and 1 % (811 rs ) for cane insures crop amount 81100.
Farmer will get benefit for their insurance crop if any adverse condition will occur like due to low rainfall in the sowing plan inability , Failure sowing , natural disaster , diseases problem , insect after harvesting the crop , cyclone , unseasonable rain etc.

Subsidy amount will be as are following rs 1500 drum seeder
rs 35000 rotavator ,
rs 2500 forage machine,
rs 15000 zero trill / seed drill,
rs 200000 paddy machine
rs 163 for laser land leveler
Anudan / donation for laser land lever will be given for groups only. Interested farmer are required to apply application form in prescribed application for format which is available at the block office of cocnered area. You are required to submit application form to ADO Assistant Development officer Agriculture or office of Up Krishi nideshak.
कृषि यंत्र पर अनुदान हेतु एक सप्ताह में करे आवेदन
जौनपुर। उप कृषि निदेशक अशोक उपाध्याय ने बताया कि जिले के ऐसे कृषक भाई जिनके पास किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड नही है वे भी प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना का लाभ उठा सकते है इसके लिये उनको एक आवेदन पत्र भरना होगा, आवेदन पत्र के साथ किसानों को आईडी प्रुफ, पासबुक, खतौनी/खसरा की छायाप्रति एवं लेखपाल द्वारा बोई गयी फसल का प्रमाण पत्र के साथ फोटो संलग्न करना होगा। धान पर बीमित धनराशि रू0 40100 का 2 प्रतिशत अर्थात रू0 802, मक्का पर बीमित धनराशि रू0 17600 का 2 प्रतिशत प्रीमियम अर्थात रू0 352 एवं गन्ना पर बीमित धनराशि रू0 81100 का 1 प्रतिशत प्रीमियम अर्थात रू0 811 देना होगा।
योजना में कम वर्षा या प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों के कारण बुआई न कर पाना/असफल बुआई, खड़ी फसलों की बुआई से कटाई के समय अवधि में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं, रोग/कीट से फसल नष्ट की स्थिति एवं फसल कटाई के उपरान्त आगामी 14 दिनों तक खेत में सुखाई हेतु रखी गयी कटी हुई अधिसूचित फसल को चक्रवात/बेमौसम वर्षा से क्षति की स्थिति में बीमा कराये हुये कृषको को लाभ दिया जायेगा।
कृषि विभाग द्वारा कृषि यंत्रीकरण को बढावा देने हेतु कृषि यंत्रो पर अनुदान दिया जाता है जिसमें ड्रम सीडर रू0 1500 रोटावेटर रू0 35000 चारा मशीन रू0 2500 जीरो ट्रिल/सीड ड्रील रू0 15000 धान रोपाई की मशीन रू0 200000 एवं लेजर लैण्ड लेवलर पर रू0 63000 अनुदान देय है। लेजर लैण्ड लेवलर पर अनुदान समुह के द्वारा ही देय है। इच्छुक कृषक कृषि यंत्र पर अनुदान हेतु आवेदन पत्र एक सप्ताह के अन्दर कार्यालय उप कृषि निदेशक के यहॉ अथवा अपने विकास खण्ड के सहायक विकास अधिकारी कृषि के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत कर सकते है।
