Add name in voter list up online registration Form Status NVS

many of our friends who have recently complete there minimum age limit 18 year and want to registered their name Up voter list but due to lack of enough information they are not much aware about regarding how to add name in Up Voter List.  Well friend adding name in voter list is a very simple process. 

For adding new name in voter list election commission of India ECI and state election commission ECI Up issued a special application form which is known as a form 6. Basically form 6 is used for the enrollment of new voter in voter list.  You can also download form 6 online as well as you can collect it from BLO of your areas.  In case if you want do online registration for adding your name your name then you have option of filling application form online for adding your name in voter list.

Rashtriya Chunav ayog issued a special website name NVSP national Voters service portal (Rashtriya Matdata sewa portal) for online registration of new voter. 

Important Details of Adding name in voter list

 Eligibility criteria for adding name in voter list

• All Indian Citizen who is 18 years old on the qualifying date (1st January of the concerned year, unless disqualified is eligible to be enrolled) are eligible.
• Enrollment only at ordinary place of residence.
• Enrollment only at one place.
• Overseas Indian deemed to be ordinarily resident at address given in passport.
• Service Voters deemed to be ordinarily resident at their home address.

How to apply for adding name in voter list

All eligible and new voter who want to do registration online for adding name in voter list they are required to fill application form online at the official website of NVSP which is www.nvsp.in

After the logon the page of निर्वाचक नामावली में नाम सम्मिलित किए जाने के लिए  आवेदन/Application for inclusion of name in electoral roll you can see a form 6 format is appearing online. 

Now select your state name in following list

Andhra Pradesh Ap, Arunachal Pradesh Ap, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh CG, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh HP, Jammu & Kashmir J&K, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh mP, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha (Orissa), Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu TN, Telangana,Tripura, Uttar Pradesh UP, Uttarakhand UK, West Bengal WB, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep, Delhi – National Capital Territory, Puducherry (Pondicherry),

After select  state name your parliament and assembly constituency option will be appear. Select proper constituency before the selecting option.

Now you are required to fill a basic details correctly

UP Voter List, Form 3a, SEC.Up.Nic.In

After submit your details now you are required to upload following supporting document

• Your photograph
• Identity proof
• Address proof

After uploading the entire document online now submit it online for adding name in voter list. 

In case if you are already registered and have any objection in the name and personal details then you can use Form 7

After completing form 7 submit dully filled application form to BLO officer.

Search BLO name 

if you don’t know about Booth level officer BLO of area, ERO or DEO then you can search the name of BLO and their mobile phone no online at the official website of http://electoralsearch.in/

Using electoralsearch.in you can also search

• your name in National Electoral Roll (राष्ट्रीय निर्वाचक नामावली) by entering basic details.
• Locate polling station (मतदान केन्‍द्र) on map.
• Print voter information slip (मतदाता जानकारी पर्ची).
• Apply for Enrolment, Modification, Deletion and change of address in electoral roll (पंजीयन, संशोधन, विलोपन और पते के परिवर्तन)
• Know Booth Level Officer(BLO), Electoral Roll Officer(ERO) (बूथ लेवल अधिकारी (बी एल ओ) निर्वाचक रजिस्‍ट्रीकरण अधिकारी (ईआरओ))
• Know District Election Officials and officials in Chief Election Office

 Voter ID card : after successfully submission and inclusion of your name in voter list, ECI will issue a voter ID card . This voter ID card will be provided by BLO officer.
