Odisha staff selection commission OSSC published the official recruitment advertisement no 1588 / OSSC Dated 18.04.2017 for inviting Online application form for the Soil Conservation extension worker posts. OSSC will be Soil conservation extension worker on contractual basis under director of soil conservation and watershed development mission, Odisha Bhubaneswar. Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination. Written examination will be objective type and MCQ based. Written examination comprises two question papers.
Question paper 1- General study 50 marks, English language – 25 marks , Odia language – 25 marks
Question paper 2 –mathematics (arithmetic, algebra, geometry , mensuration, trigonometry , and statistics )- 50 marks
General science (physics 20, Chemistry 20, Biology 20 , Crop Production / agriculture / horticulture / repair and maintenance of power driven farm machinery 10 )– 70 marks
Total 220 marks
Time duration 90 minutes
Negative marking will be applicable in this examination. For each incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted as a minus marking.
