Institute of banking personal selection published the official recruitment notification form for IBPS Bank PO Examination. A common written examination CWE PO VII will be held for the recruitment of probationary officer and management trainee posts of different bank. Application form is invited online from the eligible candidates. All interested can fill application form online at the official website of IBPS. Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the preliminary and main examination followed by personal interview test. Total 1417 posts of PO / MT will be filled through recruitment examination.

Eligibility criteria: education qualification
Age Limit as on 1 august 2021 – minimum 20 year and maximum 30 year
Education qualification – Graduation degree.

Selection process:
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the preliminary examination, mains examination and personal interview test.

Negative marking – minus marking will be applicable in pre and main online examination. For each incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted as a minus marking.
Personal interview test: Candidates who have been short listed in the Main examination for CWE PO/MT-VII will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS.
The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of CWE (Main exam) and interview will be 80:20 respectively.
