Guwahati high court judicial service job 2022

The Gauhati high court at Guwahati now going to publish the official recruitment   for inviting application form for Assam Judicial service grade III vacancies. All eligible candidates can fill application form online at the official website of Guwahati. There is only one high court for Assam, Nagaland Mizoram   and Arunachal pradesh which is situated in Guwahati.   Notification is published for fill up 42 posts of grade III Assam judicial service.
Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of Rs 27700-770 – 33, 090- 920 -40, 450 – 1080 – 44, 770 per month.

Eligibility criteria; education qualification: graduation degree in law
Age Limit as on last date of application Form Submission– SC /ST – 43, PWD 48 year, Other 38 years.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the preliminary examination, mains examination and personal interview test.
Pre test will be held for screening purpose only.
All those candidates who will score at least 60% marks in pre exam they will be call for mains examination.
All candidates who will score at least 450 % marks in individual paper 1, 2, 3, 4 and minimum 35 % marks in the official language paper 4, shall be eligible for viva voce.  Aggregate marks should be more then 60%.
Marks of language paper will be qualifying nature only.

Preliminary examination question paper pattern –
pre examination will be held for screening purpose only. Pre test will carry maximum 100 marks out of 90 marks. question will be asked from general knowledge GK , aptitude, English, constitution of India , code of civil procedure , code of criminal procedure , transfer of property act , Indian contract act , Indian penal code , Indian evidence act , law of torts  and remaining 10 marks  to test the proficiency in the official language.

Mains examination question paper pattern
Paper 1 – English – 100 marks
Subject: essay writing, precise writing, grammar,

Paper 2- general knowledge GK - 100 marks
 Subject - Objective type ,  Aptitude test

Paper 3 – law paper 1 – 100 marks
Subject:  constitution of India, code of civil procedure, transfer of property act, Indian contract act,

Paper 4- law paper II – 100 marks
Subject: Indian penal code IPC, criminal procedure code,  Indian  evidence act , Indian contract act,

Paper 4 – language proficiency – 50 marks

Personal interview test will carry maximum 50 marks. Candidates are require to score at least  60 % marks in interview test.

How to apply: all eligible candidates can fill application form online at the official website of GHC online which is www.ghconline.gov.in

Application form fee – rs 250 for SC /ST and for all other category rs 500 fee will be charged.  There is no fee for PWD candidate.
