UPPCL Department Exam 2020 TG2 to JE post

Vidyut sewa ayog VSA, uttar pradesh power corporation UPPCL, now going to publish the official recruitment advertisement for inviting online application form for department examination for Technician grade 2 / TGT2 employee of UPPCL. This departmental examination will be held for JE posts. All eligible candidates who want fill application form for JE Departmental examination uttar pradesh electrical service commission they can apply for it online. Uttar pradesh power Transmission Corporation limited will fill 40 % and 8.33 % quota posts from TG -2 to Avar Abhiyanta Electrical and mechanical. Total number of vacancies is 1196 including various categories.

TGT 2 to JE post (40 % Quota) – 677 post for UPPCL and other Distribution company, 215 post for UP Power Transmission corporation Limited UPPTCL.

Diploma holder to JE post (8.33 Quota) – 258 Post for UP PCL and 46 post for UP TCL.

Total Number of vacancy is – 677+ 215+ 258+ 46 = 1196

Eligibility criteria:
Applicant must be working as technician grade 2 employee of UPPCL.
Applicant must complete their 10 year service as on 1 July 2020
Minimum service duration for 8.33 quota  will be 5 year as on 1 July 2020.
Diploma / Degree from Distance education will not be valid.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination which will carry maximum 200 marks for 3 hour time duration. Exam will be held online for all paper.  
Online examination will comprise 4 question papers which will be as are following

• General Hindi – 50 Questions
• General study and reasoning – 50 questions
• Technical knowledge -50 questions 
• Computer knowledge – 50 questions

For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded. For each incorrect answer 0.25 marks will be deducted as a minus marking.
Difficulty level of 40 % quota will be high school / ITI level and difficulty level of 8.33 Quota will be intermediate level / engineering Diploma level.  
Difficulty of the computer knowledge related question will be CCC stander.
