Bhartiya sanchar Nigam limited published the official recruitment notification for inviting online application form for junior accounts officer JAO posts.  Selection of the BSNL jao post will be done in the IDA pay scale of rs 16400 – 40500. Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the online competitive examination. Candidates having qualification like M.com / CA / ICWA / CS applied for this examination. total 996 post of JAO post will be filled through this examination.

Question paper analysis of BSNL JAO Examination.
Online examination of BSNL JAO post comprises two papers.
1st question paper contains questions from general English and general aptitude test / general awareness test.
Total 3 hour time duration was given for attempting the question paper. All question of Subject 1 was objective type and MCQ based. 
Part A general English of paper will carry maximum 100 marks.
Question of general English part was related from English comprehension, grammar and vocabulary usages.

Part B general Aptitude / Awareness test of 1st question paper will carry maximum 50 marks.
Difficulty level of General awareness test was post graduation level.
Part I was quite simple and easy
Maximum number of questions was asked from current event of national and international importance, Indian polity and economy. BSNL also asked questions from general mental ability, reasoning and Quantitative technique etc.

Question paper 2:  Financial and commercial account
Paper of BSNL jao examination will carry maximum 300 mars. All questions were objective type and MCQ based. Question of paper 2 was asked from financial manage / cost accounting / tax and commercial law.
Total 3 hours time duration was given for attempting the question paper.
Difficulty and question paper stander was post graduate degree level examination.
Part II was complicated as well as lengthy.
Part I was quite simple and Part II was complicated as well as lengthy.
