Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree and good knowledge of English Stenography (i.e. speed of 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand &40 w.p.m. in English Typewriting) and having good knowledge in Computer.
Additional Private Secretary Hindi - 8 Post
Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree and good knowledge of Hindi Stenography (i.e. speed of 80 w.p.m. in Hindi Shorthand &30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting) and having good knowledge in Computer

Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination.
Eligibility Criteria: age Limit: minimum age of applicant should be 21 year and candidates must not have attained the age of more then 35 years as on 1 July 2022 .

Knowledge of English /Hindi Shorthand / stenography and typewriting with minimum speed of 100 and 40 words per minute for English and 80 WPM in Hindi Short Hand and 30 WPM in Hindi Typing, respectively Provided further that knowledge of Data Entry, word processing and Computer Operation Would be an essential qualification.
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through written examination followed by shorthand test and computer knowledge test.
Written examination will carry maximum 100 marks, short hand test will carry 150 marks and computer knowledge test will carry maximum 50 marks.
Question paper pattern of Up High court APS examination as are following
Stage 1 - written examination Maximum – 100 marks
Part A – Objective type MCQ based Questions

- Elementary knowledge of General English & General Studies – 40 Marks
- Elementary knowledge of Computers. – 20 Marks
Part B - Subjective type Questions
- Translation of Passage in Shorthand to English (From Sir Issac Pitman's Book) – 40 Marks
Stage 2 –
Part A – short Hand test – 150 marks
Part B – Computer Knowledge test – 50 marks
Grand total – 300 marks
All those candidates who will be declared qualified in the written examination they will be call for stage 2 examination. Total 10 times of proposed number of vacancy candidates will be call for Short hand and computer knowledge test.
Difficulty level of written examination will be graduation level.
Negative marking will not applicable in this examination for wrong answers.
Question paper medium will be Hindi and English language.
Personal interview test will not conduct for APS post of High court.
