There is great news for young people who apply for recruitment examinations of Group D of Indian Railways. Indian Railways will refund the application fee of group D applicants. 80% of the General and OBC category candidates and 100% of the candidates of other categories fee will be refunded. This facility will be provided only to candidates participating in the examination. This is a great gift from Indian Railways for those who apply for job. Now lakhs of applicants who apply for jobs in the railways will not have to spend money from their pockets. The candidates who spend the money in the name of application fee will be given back at least 80 percent of their share. From the General and OBC category candidates who filed the form for recruitment on Group C and Group D posts, the Railways had deposited Rs. 500 per application form as fee. Of these, 400 ₹ will be returned. ₹ 250 will be refunded for candidates of other categories. This facility will be available only to those candidates who will participate in this examination.
Recruitment process is going on in 89409 posts of Group C and Group D. Applications were invited for the process for recruitment on the Railway Group c, Group d 89409 posts for 2022. Written examination for Group C is over on Computer, while the examinations are still underway for Group D. The examination of 4976 posts, including 1234 of North Eastern Railway Assistant Railway Locomotive and 354 of Technician, has been completed.
Under the Group D level, recruitment examination will be held for 3388 posts. It will be recruited in the posts of Track Man, Gangman, Helper, Points Man, Gate Man and Kevin Man. About 1.5 crore applications have been received across the country for recruitment to all posts. In this connection, the question was raised in the Rajya Sabha, in which the Ministry of Railways has said that recruitment process for the group C and group D of ............... is under process. The recruitment process is being conducted through railway recruitment boards. The applicants' application fee has received ₹8.86 billion from the Railways.

रेलवे ने लौटाया अतिरिक्त परीक्षा शुल्क, ऐसे करें चेक
Railway Group D Exam रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड द्वारा द्वारा मार्च में 62509 रेलवे ग्रुप दि के पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू की थी। रेलवे ग्रुप डी भर्ती के साथ ही 26502 टेक्निकल पदों पर भी भर्ती जारी की गई थी। रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क के तौर पर अतरिक्त शुल्क लिया गया था जिसमें यह तर्क दिया गया था की परीक्षा होने के बाद लौटा दिया जायेगा। Railway Group D Exam 2022 में बैठने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ही शुल्क वापसी की शर्त रखी गई थी। इसके लिए सरकार और रेलवे विभाग को काफी युवाओं की नाराजगी भी सहनी पड़ी थी। भर्ती जारी होने के साथ ही भर्ती पर बेरोजगार युवाओं ने विरोध शुरू कर दिया। भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता के तौर पर 10वीं उत्तीर्ण होने के साथ ही आईटीआई उत्तीर्ण होना भी माँगा गया था। विरोध के बाद रेलवे को फैसला वापस लेना पड़ा और रेलवे ग्रुप डी के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता सिर्फ 10वीं उत्तीर्ण ही रखी गई।
रेलवे ग्रुप डी के आवेदन कर चुके सभी अभ्यर्थियों को विभाग द्वारा ली गई अतिरिक्त फीस लौटा दी गई है। जिन अभ्यर्थीयों ने भर्ती के लिए आवेदन किया था उनका परीक्षा शुल्क वापस कर दिया गया है। अभ्यर्थी अपना रिफंड बैंक अकाउंट में चेक कर सकते हैं। जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने कियोस्क के माध्यम से शुल्क भुगतान किया था उनका भुगतान कियोस्क धारक द्वारा अदा किये बैंक अकाउंट में ही रिफंड आएगा। अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा भरे गए बैंक अकाउंट में शुल्क नहीं आया। सभी अभ्यर्थियों को रेलवे के द्वारा सन्देश के जरिये मोबाइल पर नोटिफिकेटिन भी भेजा गया है। अभ्यर्थी द्वारा आवेदन में भरे गए बैंक अकाउंट नंबर में ही रिफंड किया जायेगा। रिफंड नहीं होने की स्थिति में आवेदन शुल्क भुगतान किये गए अकाउंट को भी जाँच लें।
Railway Group D Exam Date रेलवे द्वारा निकाली गई भर्ती में देशभर के युवाओं द्वारा बड़ी संख्या में आवेदन किया गया है। आवेदनों की संख्या सवा करोड़ से ऊपर होने के कारण ऑनलाइन परीक्षा कार्यक्रम और तैयारियों में समय बहुत लग रहा है।
