The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) organized the preliminary examination for recruitment to the posts of Gujarat Police Services, Gujarat Administrative Services and other Class I, Class 2 posts on 21st October, 2018 at various examination centers. The examination was conducted on 21st October 2018 at various examination centers. Like every year, the Gujarat Public Service Commission will also release the answer key / OMR Sheet online for the preliminary examination this year. This answer key becomes available on the official website within 1 week.
For the selection of candidates, the Gujarat Civil Services Public Service Commission conducts written examination. Candidates must be 20 years of age for selection in these positions.
Preliminary examination question paper analysis
A total of 2 question papers were asked in the initial examination. All questions were of objective type.
The maximum mark of exams is 400. A total of 2 question papers were asked in the examination. The maximum score of each question paper is 200. Candidates were given 120 minutes to answer the questions of each question paper. All of the exam questions were of objective type.
The main examinations will be conducted for the candidates who passed the preliminary examination. Personal Interview Test Examination will also be conducted for the candidates who passed the main examination.
The Gujarat Public Service Commission has announced the main exam dates. The examinations will be held in the month of December.
