Bihar Lok Seva Ayog conducted this examination in 1 days for general study and Law paper. Paper 1 of Bihar Nyayik Sewa civil judge junior division Bharti Pariksha 2022 was held on 6 December 2022.

Selection of the eligible candidates for the Bihar PCS J civil judge junior division recruitment will be done through the preliminary examination, Mains examination and personal interview test. Preliminary examination will be held for screening purpose only. Final selection of The Eligible candidates will be based on through the Mains examination and personal interview test.

 Question paper analysis for Bihar Public Service Commission civil judge vacancy 2022

There were two question papers in the Bihar judicial services. Paper 1 of Bihar PCS J was related from general study and question paper 2 of Law paper was related to law subjects. All questions of the preliminary examination were objective type and MCQ based. 

Total 349 posts of Bihar judicial services will field through this vacancy examination.

 Question paper one will carry maximum 100 marks and question paper 2 of Law paper we carry maximum 150 marks.

Questions were asked from general knowledge, latest current affairs, and elementary general science. law of evidence and procedure, constitutional and administrative law of India, Hindu law and Mohammed law, law of Transfer of Property, principle of equity, law of trust and Specific Relief, law of contract and tort, commercial law etc.

 Total 10 times are proposed number of vacancies candidates will be called for Mains examination.
