High Court UP Driver Vacancy Syllabus Notification 41 Post 2021

On-line applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals to fill up the following post in the establishment of Allahabad High Court and its Lucknow Bench under the Allahabad High Court Staff Car Drivers (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2000 under Rule 14 Part-V.

Vacancies- The details of the Vacancies, Essential qualifications, Age limit and Pay

Scale are given below in the table:-

Name of the Post : Drivers Grade- IV (Group-C, Class- III)

Total no. of vacancies: 41

Minimum Essential Qualification: High School & A valid Motor Vehicle Driving license for a period of not less than 5 years.

Age limit: 18 to 35 years 

Pay Scale:  Pay Band I Rs.5200- 20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.1900/-

SELECTION PROCEDURE:-

There will be two stages of examination for Group-C, Class-III/Drivers Grade- IV post

Test 1 : Objective type test comprising 100 Questions on OMR Answer Sheet of the

Level of High School standard with maximum marks as 100. The selection committee shall prepare the list of candidates in order of merit on the basis of marks obtained by them in the

Written Examination (Test-1).

Test 2: On the basis of performance in the written examination (Test-1) candidates

Shall be short-listed, category and sub-category wise, three times in number to the advertised

Vacancies to appear in the Test-2 i.e. Technical Driving Test (Trade Test). The candidates

shall have to clear the Test-2 to the satisfaction of the Recruitment Committee/Selection

Committee.

The Selection Committee has discretion to fix minimum qualifying marks in any or all

parts of papers for written examination (Test 1) and Technical Driving Test (Trade Test) (Test 2).

Final Result/Select List of candidates who qualify the Technical Driving Test (Trade

Test) shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Written

Examination (Test-1).

If two or more candidates secure equal marks the candidates older in age shall be

placed above. The select list/Merit List shall hold good for the period of one year or till the advertised vacancies are filled up, whichever is earlier.

There shall be no Interview.

Syllabus for objective type written examination (Test-1) on O.M.R. Sheets for the

posts of Driver shall be as follows:

Written Examination

(Test-1) (Time: 1½ Hours) Examination will carry 100 questions

SUBJECTS

• Hindi
• English
• General Studies
• Mathematics

Maximum Marks 100

Technical Driving Test (Trade Test) (Test-2)

The candidates shall have to clear the Test-2 to the satisfaction of the Recruitment

Committee/Selection Committee.
