These ABSA / Deputy ABSA will be appointed on each block level for the inspection of primary upper primary and other schools of class 8th level.

प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा हेतु परीक्षा योजना एवं पाठ्यक्रम

खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी पद पर चयन हेतु प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा में सामान्य अध्ययन(वस्तुनिष्ठ) का एक प्रश्न पत्र होगा जिसमें प्रश्नों की संख्या-120, अंक-300 तथा  अवधि-2 घंटे की होगी।

मुख्य (लिखित) परीक्षा में दो अनिवार्य प्रश्न पत्र यथा सामान्य अध्ययन एवं 4

सामान्य हिन्दी व निबंध 3-3 घण्टे एवं 200-200 अंकों के होंगे इस प्रकार

मुख्य (लिखित) परीक्षा कुल-400 अंकों की होगी सामान्य अध्ययन (परम्परागत) के प्रश्न पत्र की रचना हेतु प्रश्न पत्रों के स्वरूप एवं अंकों का विभाजन निम्नवत् है:

प्रश्नों की कुल संख्या-40 होगी। सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य होंगे सभी प्रश्न खण्डों में  विभाजित रहेंगे।

खण्ड-अ के अन्तर्गत प्रश्न पत्र में 10 प्रश्न सामान्य उत्तरीय (उत्तरों की शब्द सीमा 125) एवं प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंक का होगा खण्ड ब के अन्तर्गत 10 प्रश्न लघु उत्तरीय (उत्तरों की शब्द सीमा 50) एवं प्रत्येक प्रश्न 6 अंक का होगा खण्ड-स  के अन्तर्गत 20 प्रश्न अतिलघु उत्तरीय (उत्तरों की शब्द सीमा 25) एवं प्रत्येक प्रश्न 2 अंक का होगा।

सामान्य हिन्दी एवं निबंध के अन्तर्गत प्रथम खण्ड सामान्य हिन्दी 100 अंकों का तथा द्वितीय खण्ड हिन्दी निबंध 100 अंकों का होगा।

सामान्य हिन्दी एवं निबन्ध (परम्परागत)

प्रथम खण्ड | | सामान्य हिन्दी। निर्धारित अंक-100

1. अपठित गद्यांश का संक्षेपण, उससे सम्बन्धित प्रश्न, रेखांकित अंशों की व्याख्या एवं उसका उपयुक्त शीर्षक।

2. शासकीय एवं अर्द्धशासकीय पत्र, कार्यालय आदेश / ज्ञाप, अधिसूचना, प्रेस विज्ञप्ति और परिपत्र संबंधी पत्र लेखन/आलेखन।

3. वाक्यों का हिन्दी से अंग्रेजी एवं अंग्रेजी से हिन्दी में अनुवाद ।

4. अनेकार्थी शब्द, विलोम शब्द, पर्यायवाची शब्द, तत्सम एवं तद्भव, क्षेत्रीय, विदेशी (शब्द भण्डार), वर्तनी, अर्थबोध, शब्द-रूप, संधि, समास, क्रिया, हिन्दी वर्णमाला, विराम चिन्ह, शब्द रचना, वाक्य रचना, अर्थ, मुहावरे एवं लोकोक्तियाँ, उ0प्र0 की मुख्य बोलियाँ तथा हिन्दी भाषा के प्रयोग में होने वाली अशुद्धियाँ।

द्वितीय खण्ड

हिन्दी निबन्ध निर्धारित अंक-100

इसके अंतर्गत दो उपखण्ड होंगे। प्रत्येक उपखण्ड से एक-एक निबन्ध (कुल मिलाकर दो निबन्ध) लिखने होंगे। प्रत्येक निबन्ध की विस्तार सीमा 700 शब्द

स होगी।

निबन्ध हेतु निम्नवत् क्षेत्र होंगे:

Syllabus

Examination plan and syllabus for preliminary examination

In the preliminary examination for selection for the post of Block Education Officer, there will be a question paper of General Studies (Objective) in which the number of questions will be -120, marks-300 and duration-2 hours.

Syllabus general Studies

Time - 2 hours. Question-120 | Integer-300

4. Indian State System, Economy and Culture

5. Indian Agriculture, Commerce and Trade

6. Population, Ecology and Urbanization (in Indian perspective)

7. World Geography and India's Geography and Natural Resources

4. State-of-the-art national and international important events

9. General intellectual and logical ability

10. Specific information related to education culture, agriculture, industry, trade and living and social practices of Uttar Pradesh.

11. Elementary Mathematics up to high school level - Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry

 Examination plan and syllabus for main (written) examination

In the main (written) examination, there are two compulsory question papers namely General Studies and  General Hindi and Essay will be of 3-3 hours and 200-200 marks in this way.

The main (written) examination will be a total of 400 marks, the composition of the question papers and the division of marks for the composition of general studies (traditional) question paper is as follows:

The total number of questions will be - 40. All questions will be compulsory, all questions will be divided into sections.

Under section A, the question paper will have 10 questions of general answers (125 words of answers) and each question will be of 10 marks, 10 questions under section B will be of short answers (50 words of answers) and each question will be of 6 marks. Under the question, 20 questions will be very short answer (25 words limit of answers) and each question will be of 2 marks.

Under General Hindi and Essay, the first section of General Hindi will be of 100 marks and the second section of Hindi essay will be of 100 marks.

General Hindi and Essay (traditional)

First section | General Hindi. Fixed number -100

1. Abbreviation of unread passage, questions related to it, explanation of underlined passages and its appropriate title.

2. Government / semi-official letters, office orders / memorandum, notification, press release and circular related letter writing / drafting.

3. Translation of sentences from Hindi to English and English to Hindi.

4. Ambiguous words, antonyms, synonyms, tatasam and tadbhav, regional, foreign (word store), spelling, semantic sense, word-form, treaty, compound, verb, Hindi alphabet, punctuation, word composition, syntax, meaning , Idioms and proverbs, main dialects of Uttar Pradesh and inaccuracies used in the use of Hindi language.

Second section

Hindi essay fixed number-100

There will be two subdivisions under it. One essay each (two essays in total) will have to be written from each subdivision. 700 words for each essay
