Very soon the pre primary schools will start operating in the each district of Up. The department has started to prepare they syllabus of pre Primary course. Cooperation will be sought from the kayakalp Yojana for raising basic facilities in Anganwadi. Along with deciding the eligibility of teachers, a proposal has been sent to decide the syllabus for 3 to 5 years old children. Pre-primary schools will start operating in the first phase in Anganwadi centers operated in the premises of council schools.
A survey of ASAR (Annual Status of Education Report) released some time ago has made it clear that children aged 4 to 5 go to more private schools than Anganwadi especially in urban areas. The committee, constituted under the chairmanship of Director General of School Education for Pre Primary, had summoned all BSAs for the operation of Pre Primary Schools in respect of the list and resources of Anganwadi centers operating in the school premises itself. Based on the report sent from the districts, the department has suggested that the functional book initiative being taught in Anganwadi should be prepared according to the syllabus in the event that the syllabus is not ready from the next session.
The State Educational Research Council has been entrusted with the task of preparing the syllabus. Now there is only two months left for the conclusion of the academic session. SCERT's master trainers will train district level officers and supervisors of child development and nutrition department as master trainers to complete the work assigned by the department. The same will be tested for children studying in these schools every three months. Efficiency monitoring will also be monitored by SCERT.
The new education policy also provides for providing informal education to children aged 3 to 6 years. For this, the Department of Child Development and Nutrition has suggested to assess the infrastructure facilities in Anganwadi centers through an app developed. After this, Panchayat Raj and urban bodies have given the task of developing facilities like operation rejuvenation. The development of all the basic facilities according to the age of children in pre primary schools is given.
After operating the 75000 pre primary school it's expected there the government will appoint post of teacher in pre primary schools. sources as the saying that government will fill up post of Anganwadi, anganbadi sahayika and karykarta post for better enactment of these primary schools. these pre primary schools will work like a convent school and children having 3 to 5 year is will get the admission in the school. students will get milk and nutrition meal free of cost in the school.
sources are saying that vacancies for pre primary schools will be more than 100000 because new primary schools may be also opened.
