For The State Industrial Training Institute, candidates have
applied twice as the admissions capacity. Candidates did not show much interest
towards admission in private institutions. Only One third of the total number
of candidates have applied. The selection of candidates has been made on the
basis of marks obtained in high school. The Joint Director of the State
Professional Examination Council has stated that the merit list has been
prepared. The first admission list will be released on 29 September with the
permission of higher officials. The admissions process will start with the
release of the merit list. The admission process will be completed by 31
October. 25% reservation will be given at block and tehsil level. 4.5 lakh
candidates had applied for admission in 305 government and 2939 private
institutions of the state including the capital.
