The rate of development fee of 12 small cities like Loni, Modinagar,
Muradnagar of Ghaziabad has also been reduced.
The proposal of the Housing and Planning Department has been
approved in a cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister
on Monday. Development fee in Lucknow Development Authority area has been
increased from ₹ 1400 to ₹ 2040.

online map passing has been further simplified.
People will be able to pass the map of their house, shop, complex,
hotel, mall and multiplex from home. The time limit for passing the map has
also been fixed. The order was issued by Special Secretary Housing Mala
Srivastava on 20 June.

different fees for passing the map. The Housing Development Council used to
charge different fees in its plans. This will greatly benefit those who pass the
map of large houses and group housing. Builders who develop new colonies will
