The Secondary Education Council (UP Board) provides various types of information online under the Uttar Pradesh Public Interest Guarantee Act. Under the Janhit Gurantee Act Information, details of many services, information, guidelines, action status, new registration status, etc. are processed online. Through this, students can register new to use the new services, and can also know the status of registration. Under the Janhit Gurantee Act Information 2011, various types of services such as records, high school marksheets, inter marksheets etc. are done. For example, your certificate has been lost, or the marksheet has been lost, or there is a mistake, there is a correction, or a number has to be made, and many similar works are edited online.
Apart from this, online verification work is also done under
Public Interest Guarantee Act 2011. All these services are available online for
free. Using this, the candidate can get his work done without going to the
office of UP madhyamik shiksha parishad very easily, and these tasks are done
in a very time bound manner.
Under the Janhit Gurantee Act Information, it is mandatory
for individuals to have a valid mobile number, Aadhaar card or Voter ID card in
order to perform various functions, as it requires uploading the ID card online.
How you can avail these services
In order to use any service, students first have to complete
the online registration process.
After registration, a one-time password is sent to the
mobile number of all the students, and after verifying that, the students have
to fill the information of their Aadhar card or Voter ID or any other ID and
email ID, and then you After registration, various services can be used online.
As soon as you login, a registration number will be provided
to you and candidates can apply online for the desired services using the same
registration number.

On registration for services, the prescribed time limit for
disposal of services will be conveyed.

1. Forms to be Uploaded for issuing original certificates:
-
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
2. Forms to be UPLOAD for issuing a copy of certificate:
-
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- Rupee. Treasury challan for payment of Rs.200 / - Item in
the state treasury "0202-Education, Sports, Arts and Culture 01-General
education 102-Secondary education
02-The fee for
board examinations is submitted in ".
- Prescribed Affidavit .
- Copy of the newspaper in which the notification about the
loss of certificate has been published.
- Identity card of the candidate (Aadhaar card or voter ID
card or any other identity card copy).
3. Forms to be UPLOAD for issue of original mark sheet: -
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
4. Forms for UPLOAD for issuing second copy of marksheet:
-
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- Rupee. Treasury challan for payment of Rs.100 / - Item in
the state treasury "0202-Education, Sports, Arts and Culture 01-General
education 102-Secondary education
02-Board Exam Fee
has been deposited in ".
- Identity card of the candidate (Aadhaar card or voter ID card or any other identity card copy).
5. Forms for UPLOAD for issuing revised certificate: -
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- Transfer certificate countersigned by DIOS.
- Proof of presence in the examination / details of the
attendance sheet by the Principal in case the result of the examination is
incomplete or shown absent.
Countersigned.
- Affidavit pertaining to correct entries (AFFIDAVIT) in
case the name and date of birth etc. are revised.
- Verified proof of returning the flawed original
certificate issued by the council to the concerned regional office.
- Copy of registration card of class 9th or 11th.
- Identity card of the candidate (Aadhaar card or voter ID
card or any other identity card copy).
6. Forms to be UPLOAD for issuing revised mark sheet: -
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- Transfer certificate countersigned by DIOS.
- Proof of presence in the examination / details of the
attendance sheet countersigned by the Principal in case the result of the
examination is incomplete or shown absent.
- Affidavit relating to correct entries (AFFIDAVIT) in case
the name etc. is modified.
- Copy of registration card of class 9th or 11th.
- Identity card of the candidate (Aadhaar card or voter ID
card or any other identity card copy).
7. Forms to be UPLOADed for cancellation of canceled examination:
-
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- Transfer certificate countersigned by DIOS.
- Copy of registration card of class 9th or 11th.

Copy of the certificate of passing or failing in the
previous examination.
8. UPLOAD FORM FOR DISCUSSING THE STOPPED "WITHELD"
EXAMINATION: -
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- If the candidate is not caught cheating, then the
examination center administrator report.
9. Forms for UPLOAD for amendment of incomplete or flawed
examination result: -
- Application form countersigned by the Principal of the
school.
- Transfer certificate countersigned by DIOS.
- Proof of presence in the examination / details of the
attendance sheet countersigned by the Principal in case the result of the
examination is incomplete or shown absent.
- Affidavit relating to correct entries (AFFIDAVIT) in case
the name etc. is modified.
- Verified proof of returning the flawed original
certificate issued by the council to the concerned regional office.
- Copy of registration card of class 9th or 11th.
- Identity card of the candidate (Aadhaar card or voter ID
card or any other identity card copy).
10. Forms to be UPLOADed for verification of certificate:
-
- Scan copy of application / certificate of candidates / marksheet of department / institution.
Note - Verifications from the year 2003 to the current
year can be done from the Council website http://upmspresults.up.nic.in/ and from https://upmsp.edu.in/
Online
applications for verification of these years will not be accepted.
