Additional Chief Secretary of Panchayati Raj Department Manoj Kumar Singh said that a decision will be taken soon. The new policy prepares for such a system that the reservation of the scheduled class can be fulfilled and the unreserved class should not be neglected. That is why the government has decided to assess the reserved seats in the elections held before 2015.
