Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Collection System Union Bank of India.
KV Fee Portal will close for new admission on 30/01/2021 3PM. The portal will again open for new admission 2020-2021 and new session 2021-2022 on 06/02/2021.
If any existing student is not visible for verification: first deactivate and then activate the student again for the student to be visible for verification

1. New Admission Student
2. Existing Student Payment Of Fee for Quarter 4 will start from from 5th Feb 2020, till 27th March 2020.

(PROMOTION)/(DEMOTION)/(TRANSFER TO OTHER CLASS/SECTION) Steps
1. In Class Teacher Log-In verify the existing student.
2. In Principal Log-In verify the existing student.
3. In Principal Log-In Promote/Demote student as per result from MISC >> Menus >> Promotion/Demotion.
4. Now the student data will be in entry stage in class teacher Log-In. Modify, if required.
5. Verify again the promoted/demoted students data in new class at both level, then only challan will be generated for payment of subsequent quarter fee.
S.No. ONLY FOR CLASS 10 STUDENTS- board result declaration is due.
1. Promote all 10th class existing students to 11th class unused section (Sec C to Sec H) as mentioned above. Default password is “kvs”
2. Do not verify these students in the 11th class unused section. If you verify, there may be the chances that student will pay fees in the month of April.
3. After 10th result declaration, Separate menu will be provided for promotion/demotion, verification etc of unverified records available in 11th Class unused section.
Note: If school is only till CLASS 10 then promote the 10th Class students in unused sec (10 Sec C to 10 Sec H) as mentioned above. Default password is "kvs"
S.No. ONLY FOR 12th CLASS STUDENTS
1. Promote all 12th class existing students to the same class unused section (Sec C to Sec H) as mentioned above. Default password is “kvs”
2. Do not verify these students in the unused section. If you verify, there may be the chances that student will pay fees in the month of April.

1. Enter the student details from Student >> New Admission >> Data Entry Menu provided in the class teacher Log-In
2. In teacher Log-In verify from Student >> New Admission >> Verify/Modify Menu.
3. In Principal Log-In verify from Student >> New Admission >> Verify/Modify Menu.
4. Student can make verified fee payment. Now it will be available in Existing student for verification/modification of subsequent quarter fee Payment.
About fee collection
