The Industries Department, Government of Bihar has started Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana. This scheme has been implemented only for the general category and backward class men. The details of all the important information related to this scheme are being given below.
Benefits of the plan
Under this scheme, only 50% (maximum ₹ 500000) loan will be given to the youth of the concerned area. Which can be returned by the candidate in 7 years (84 equal installments) with one percent interest.
Other benefits
Under the special incentive scheme of maximum 50% of the sanctioned amount (ie ₹ 500000 maximum) grant or subsidy will be given to the candidates.
After selection, arrangements will be made for 25000 per unit for the training of the candidates.
Funds will be made available under this scheme only for the establishment of new industries.
Bodies will also be given the benefit of Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy 2016.

Eligibility of Beneficiaries
- The following will be the eligibility of the beneficiaries of this scheme.
- Only the residents of Bihar state will be eligible under the Bihar Yuva Udyami Yojana.
- Only General, Backward Classes candidates can apply.
- At least Intermediate or ITI Polytechnic Diploma candidates can apply.
- Candidate age should be between 18 years 50 years.
- The entity should be a Proprietorship Partnership Firm Company.
- Proprietorship can be done by the entrepreneur on his personal PAN.
- There should also be a current account in the name of the proposed firm.

- permanent residence certificate
- Matriculation pass certificate (for verification of date of birth)
- intermediate certificate
- Caste certificate (in father's name)
- Aadhar Card
- pan card
- photo passport size
- signature sample
- Photocopy of current account passbook
The sanctioned amount will be paid in two installments. The benefit of the scheme will be given to only one member of the family.
