Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) may declare the result of 1257 Assistant Engineers by July 15.
Patna Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has concluded the interview process for the appointment of Assistant Engineers on 1257 posts in various departments of the state. The second phase of the interview was scheduled on June 25, 26 and 27.
One phase of successful candidates in the main examination of BPSC Assistant Engineer (Civilian) competitive examination has been completed in April itself. After coming positive in the test of corona infection of the candidates who arrived for the first phase of interview, it was said to be interviewed later.
Commission's Joint Secretary cum Controller of Examinations Amarendra Kumar told that the interview is over. Now their result will be released by July 15. The maximum number of Assistant Engineers is 284 in Water Resources Department, 270 in Planning and Development Department, 250 in Rural Works Department, 236 in Road Construction Department. The lowest number of posts are only 31 posts in the Small Water Resources Department.

After the results of the PT examination, some candidates had appealed in the High Court regarding the answers to some questions.
Meanwhile, BPSC had also conducted the Mains exam. The High Court ruled in favor of BPSC. After declaring the result of the mess in the year 2022, the final result is being prepared after completing the interview process.
