Office of the District Program Officer (ICDS) Pratapgarh has issued a release informing the general public about the appointment of Anganwadi workers, Mini Anganwadi workers and assistants on honorarium based vacancies. Regarding this, the mandate number- 11 / 2021 / 388 / 58-1-2020-2/1 (22)/10 TC dateed 29 January 2021 has already been issued by the state government.
In the order of the same mandate, the Anganwadi workers, mini Anganwadi workers and assistants will be filled in the child development projects ICDS run in Pratapgarh district. All these posts are honorarium based.
Online applications are invited on the web portal http://balvikasup.gov.in prepared by the Directorate of Child Development Services and Nutrition, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow for appointment to the vacant posts.

Eligibility for Selection
Only female candidates will be eligible for the above posts and only online applications will be accepted.
Offline applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Minimum Educational Qualification for Anganwadi Worker and Mini Anganwadi Worker is High School and It is mandatory for Assistant to pass class 05.
After attaining the age of 62 years, their honorarium services will be terminated automatically.
It is mandatory for the applicant to be a resident of the Gram Panchayat / Ward of the vacant post.
First of all, for the assistant ,of the center located in the same Gram Sabha in rural areas and in the same ward in urban areas having the requisite qualification, whose minimum qualifying service has been completed for 5 years and passed high school and her age is not more than 50 years.
The appointment / selection of Anganwadi workers, mini Anganwadi workers and assistants will be done by giving first preference to the family members who are living below the poverty line. For this, the income certificate issued by the competent authority will have to be submitted.
Determination of income for poverty line will be done as per Government Order No-22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 14.09.2015 of Social Welfare Department.
cut off for income limit
In the social department's mandate dated 14.09.2015, the annual income per family has been fixed at Rs.46080/- in rural areas and Rs.56460/- in urban areas while setting the cut-off for the income limit.
In case of non-availability of helper, resident of the same gram sabha / ward (in urban areas) Widow woman living below poverty line It is mandatory for the divorced/abandoned female Anganwadi worker, mini Anganwadi worker and assistant living below the poverty line that she should be a resident of the same Gram Sabha in rural areas and the same ward in urban areas.
In respect of residence and income, only the certificate issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate / Tehsildar level will be valid.
In the event of non-availability of a woman living below the poverty line, the selection of a woman living above the poverty line will be considered.
If eligible candidate is not available in any of the above categories in Gram Sabha, then category wise selection can be done in the concerned Nyaya Panchayat as above.
age of the applicant
The age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years as on January 01, 2022.
The maximum age for selection from Anganwadi Assistant to the post of Anganwadi worker should not be more than 50 years.
