Jharkhand Education Project Council has released the advertisement for the recruitment in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya at the state level. All these appointments will be done at the district level. The selection of the candidates will be done by a committee headed by DC. Letter candidates will be able to submit the application in the respective districts only.
A total of 479 teachers and women workers will be appointed in Kasturba schools of Jharkhand.
Application forms are invited through Jharkhand Education Project Council. In 203 Kasturba Gandhi residential schools of the state, the recruitment process has been started on the vacant posts of full-time teacher, accountant cum computer operator, female cook and female watchman.
A total of 479 posts will be appointed on contract. For this an advertisement has been issued at the state level.
However, candidates will be able to submit the application in the respective districts only.

Full time teachers will be appointed in Language (Hindi and English), Mathematics, Science and Social Science.

These applications will be submitted in the name of District Education Officer in the office of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan of the district till September 27.
Pay scale
Selected teachers will get a monthly honorarium of Rs 10,000.
After completing three years of satisfactory service, the salary will be increased by 50 percent. However, there will also be an annual increment of Rs 250 every year.
Similarly, Accountant cum Computer Operator will get honorarium of Rs 7500 for the first three years.
After three years of satisfactory service, the honorarium will be increased to Rs.11,250. There will also be an increment of Rs 150 every year.
Full time female cook and female watchman will get honorarium of five thousand rupees for the first three years.
After this, his honorarium will be made Rs 7,500. They will also get an annual increment of Rs 150 per annum.
Selection Process
The appointment to all these posts will be done by the selection committee headed by the Deputy Commissioners at the district level. All types of posts are reserved for women.
Educational Qualifications
For the appointment of full-time teachers, along with B.Ed, it is mandatory to pass the teacher eligibility test for classes VI to VIII.
