The Chief Minister has also increased the honorarium of 10 types of personnel including technical assistant, computer operator in the MNREGA conference. Along with this, Gram Rozgar Sevaks will get an honorarium of 10 thousand every month.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made many announcements for the workers in the conference of other contract workers including village employment servants in the capital Lucknow. He announced that the Gram Rozgar Sevaks of MGNREGA would now get an honorarium of Rs 10,000 per month. The increased amount of honorarium will be available to all 35246 Gram Rozgar Sevaks from the month of October itself.
The Chief Minister said that the honorarium of ten types of contractual employees including technical assistant, computer operator, additional program officer, account assistant is being increased, not only the village employment servant. More than thousand families will get the direct benefit of this increase.
Yogi said that they are not only increasing the honorarium, but their service will also be continuous, now it will be necessary to take the consent of the Deputy Commissioner MNREGA before the termination of the service of village employment servants.
He said that like Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, HR policy would be brought for MGNREGA workers within a month, in which 24 days casual leave and 12 days medical leave would also be given in a year. Yogi said that other works of the Rural Development Department would also be added to the job jar of MNREGA workers soon, so that people would get continuous employment.
The Rural Development Department has successfully adjusted everyone through MNREGA. More than 52 lakh sisters were given financial independence by connecting them with the National Livelihood Mission.
The Chief Minister said that an example has been set in the field of women empowerment by deploying BC Sakhi in 58,000 gram panchayats. The dream of Village Secretariat is being realized only with the thought of taking forward the people standing at the last rung. He said that now every village will have its own secretariat on the lines of Lucknow, where new development schemes will be made which will be realized together.
