There are 2504 vacancies of various categories in ITI institutes, which will be filled very soon by taking out advertisements. The youth of the state can fulfill their dream of a government job by applying for the upcoming recruitment in ITI College.
2504 posts are lying vacant only in various government ITI colleges of Instructional Technical which will be filled very soon by issuing advertisement.
In the State Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), about 63 percent posts are vacant in all cadres including instructors and staff. This is affecting the training.
The Department of Vocational Education has prepared the recruitment proposal with the details of the vacant posts. As soon as the approval is received from the Chief Minister, a requisition will be sent to the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission and the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
Out of 13,704 sanctioned posts in all cadres, 8,734 posts are vacant. Most of these posts are vacant for Instructor (Technical). 7768 posts are sanctioned for this cadre. Of these, 4,739 posts are lying vacant.
Similarly, out of total 305 state industrial training institutes, 169 have regular principals. The work of remaining 136 ITIs is being done through Incharge principals.
Apart from direct recruitment, all the posts to be filled by promotion are also vacant. In such a situation, till now the posts of direct recruitment will not be filled, till then the above posts will remain vacant.
A list of all types of vacancies has been prepared and sent to the Chief Minister's Office. After getting permission from there, the requisition for recruitment to the vacant posts will be sent to the competent recruitment commission. Hope the recruitment process will start soon
