Applicant must appearance in at least 24 cases per year in
the last three year
candidates qualify in the written test shall be required to
given declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year in the last three
year ending the year of advertisement which is 2021.
Prosecuting officers/ Assistant Prosecuting officers are
treated to be an Advocate and are eligible as per the judgement of Hon'ble
Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No. 561 of 2013- Deepak Agarwal Vs. Keshav
Kaushik & others. 3. The candidates, who have not completed the age of 35
years and those who have already completed the age of 50 years as on
01.01.2021, shall not be eligible for consideration for such appointment
Selection process
Selection of The Eligible candidates will be based on to the
written examination and personal interview test.
Weightage ratio of written examination is personal interview
test will be 80% and 20%
Applicant must score at least 45% in each theory paper.

preliminary and screening examination will be held for all the candidates after
that all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the pre examination
they will be called for Mains examination
