EL Earned Leave News Update for Primary Teacher UPS School उपार्जित अवकाश

 Director General, School Education Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh has directed to mark the earned leave of the employees working in the school in their leave account on the Manav Sampada portal, very soon orders regarding EL modification on the Manav Sampada portal of all the teachers have been made in all the districts. Will go The Director General, School Education, in his letter addressed to the District Basic Education Officer, has decided to give earned leave to the teachers as well. This letter has been issued on letter no: DG/MIS/4969/2021-22/Lucknow dated: 12th January, 2022. Now the earned leave of assistant teachers, headmasters and other personnel working in primary school will be marked / amended in their leave account on Manav Sampada portal.

 The employees working in the council school get 01 earned leave every year. The permissible earned leave details are recorded at the block level. To update this, the Manav Sampada Portal has been unlocked till January 31, 2022.

Therefore, all the Block Education Officers have been directed to ensure to update the earned leave of the employees working in all the council schools during the said time period on the Manav Sampada portal.

*अर्जित अवकाश*
1978 के पूर्व शिक्षको को प्रति वर्ष 3 अर्जित अवकाश मिलते थे,
*परन्तु----*
शासनादेश सं.सामान्य - 4-1751/10/201-16 दिनांक 24 जून 1978 के अनुसार 1 जनवरी 1978 से अब प्रति वर्ष मात्र एक अर्जित अवकाश देय है।
👉अर्जित अवकाश लैप्स नही होता है।
👉अगर आप कैलेंडर वर्ष में अर्जित अवकाश नही लेते है तो अगले कैलेंडर वर्ष में जुड़ जाता है,
👉जैसे--अगर आपने अब तक 5 साल तक सर्विस की है और आपने अब तक एक भी अर्जित अवकाश नही लिया है तो इसे आप पूरी सर्विस के दौरान कभी भी ले सकते है।
👉अर्जित अवकाश BEO द्वारा ही अप्रूव्ड किये जाते है
👉शिक्षको के अर्जित अवकाश का नकदीकरण (encashment) नही होता है।
