The Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority organized the Uttar Pradesh Eligibility Teacher Examination on 23 January 2022 in the state. It is conducted for the recruitment of teachers in primary school and upper primary schools. Paper 1 is conducted for teachers from class I to class 5 and paper 2 is conducted for teachers from class 6 to class 8.
Candidates with D.El.Ed and B.Ed can apply for recruitment of teachers in primary education and upper primary schools only after passing the teacher eligibility test. That's why this exam becomes very important.
Around 21000000 students had applied for this recruitment exam. Earlier this examination was scheduled to be held in December, but due to various reasons, the examination was postponed and held on 23 January 2022 at the state level.

Question Paper Analysis UPTET Exam 2022 Uttar Pradesh Eligibility Test
In the UP Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET-2022), the maths questions bothered the candidates a lot. Questions from Average, Frequency and Trigonometry took more time. Many aspirants could not devote enough time to solve other questions because of getting confused in these questions.

UPTET-2021 Exam Pattern
150 questions were asked in UPTET-2021. It consists of questions related to five subjects. Teaching Method in Child Development has 30 questions.

There are 30-30 questions in Mathematics and Environmental Studies.

Minimum Qualifying Cut Off Marks
Like the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, in UPTET too, students have to obtain the minimum qualifying marks to clear this exam.
General category candidates have to get 90 marks out of 150 marks.
The same SC ST OBC reserved category candidates have to get 83 marks in 150 marks.
If you get 90 marks then you are declared passed in this exam. There is no limit of maximum marks and it is not being used anywhere, so only 90 marks is enough for you to pass this exam.
