1 year training of Health Worker (Male) UP 2022 Online Form dgmhup.gov.in Notification

 Office of the Director General Training, (Medical Health and Family Welfare), Uttar Pradesh Lucknow has issued advertisement on 26.05.2022 inviting online applications for 01 year training of Health Worker (Male).

In the year 2022, the online application process has started for 11 Divisional Health and Family Welfare Training Centers (RFPTC) of Uttar Pradesh Health Worker (Male) for one year training.

Male candidates will be admitted for a total of 880 seats.

All eligible candidates can apply on the departmental website https://www.dgmhup.gov.in.

Applications are invited on the portal from June 10, 2022 to July 10, 2022.

Educational Qualifications

Passed Intermediate Examination of Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh

Or

Passed any other examination recognized by the State Government as equivalent thereto.

Candidates who have secured less than 45 percent marks in the Intermediate Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination from the Unreserved Category / Other Backward Classes / Economically Weaker Sections category and 40 percent of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will not be eligible to apply for the training. .

Contractual MPW will have to attach a certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned district with the application in respect of the service done on the contract.

Application fee

Rs.200/- for general category

For SC / ST, OBC candidates Rs. 100/- is fixed.

Fee will be paid online at the time of applying

Arrangement of reservation for SC / ST / OBC and others for training, subject to the provisions / conditions contained in the mandate

 Age Range

 For health worker (male) training, such candidates will be eligible whose age is not less than 17 years and not more than 35 years as on 31st December of the previous year of the notification of admission in training.

Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided for SC, ST and other backward classes as per the government order.

Selection

The merit list (merit) will be done on the basis of the average of the percentage of marks obtained in the high school and intermediate examination of the candidate, on the basis of Uttar Pradesh Health Worker (Male) Regulation Instruction-2022, dated 24.05.2022.

Under the scheme of Government of India for Malaria Eradication Program under the National Vector Worn Disease Control Program, from the year 2012-13 to September 2014, the personnel hired on contract on the post of MPW (Male) will be given preferential marks up to the limit of 06 marks in the following manner. will be done

(a) 03 marks for first one year full service on contract basis.

(b) 03 marks for next full year service on contract basis.
