Village secretariats set up in gram panchayats will now function like mini secretariats. Now you can get any information from village secretariats. There will be 24 necessary registers in Panchayat buildings. With which all the important works can be done by the villagers.
Register which will be available in village secretariats made in gram panchayats
These will include family, birth, death, immovable property, finance, pension, MNREGA, development work, hand pump, Swachh Bharat Mission, PM Awas etc. Villagers will be able to get any information related to it or its photocopy immediately.
Now all the records are with the secretary-pradhan
Due to the lack of security arrangements in the Panchayat buildings or for other reasons, the records related to the Gram Sabha remain in the pockets of the secretaries or with the village heads. Now, by giving the status of mini secretariat to the Panchayat buildings, facilities like furniture, computer inverter, solar panels etc. have been provided. Panchayat Assistant cum Data Entry Operator has also been appointed here. Its purpose is to solve the problems of the villagers in the village and they do not have to run for the block and district.
The reality came out in the inspection
Several departmental officers, including the District Panchayat Raj Officer, inspected many village secretariats in the past. During this time it was learned that there is no information related to the village here. This is adversely affecting the intention of the government regarding the mini secretariat. Then DPRO Raghavendra Dwivedi ordered to keep all the records under the supervision of Panchayat Assistant.

15. Public Information & Audit
16. Kanya Sumangala and Ayushman Bharat Yojana
17. Swachh Bharat Mission Beneficiary Register
