The candidates met Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak on Tuesday to protest against the suspension of the recruitment process for 700 posts of lab technicians in the state. The candidates, who reached their official residence in the capital, complained that the recruitment process was stalled due to the negligence of the health department. Candidates say that the UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has sent the requisition back to the department after saying it is flawed. The matter is pending and no hearing is taking place now.
Candidates told that its examination was to be held in March 2022 through PET 2021, but it is not happening.
The validity of the score card of PET-2021 is now only two months.
